"Good, quick, clean, spot when arriving in late night before taking off on a cruise. Room was clean, best, best, part free shuttle from airport and to cruise line. Reminder this is a motel, so no frills, you can grab a coffee in morning in lobby. But would definitely use again for cruising."

"I live here, and this is my go to hotel for my staycations. Everything is lovely, the adult pools are a really nice upgrade. The property is absolutely beautiful, love the lagoon pool for the kids. It’s heavenly here."

"Extremely disappointed at the overall experience. The only positive thing we can say is we were able to get into the room early to leave our luggage. Upon entering, I saw that the floor was absolutely filthy, there were dusty shoe prints all over, hair from previous guests and stains. There were questionable stains on the bedding and bizarrely enough there was a bottle of hand soap instead of shampoo. I told one of the cleaning staff and she told me it was not a room assigned to her, so pretty much like "tough to be you" so of course I told the front staff and he said he'd look into it. We left for at least 6 hours and when we came back it was still dirty. It was also very noisy thanks to the lack of insonorisation, not to mention a very loud drunken argument breaking out right next door that night while we were trying to get our 2 year old son to sleep. There is no way we would ever recommend this place, especially at the inflated price thanks to the F1. We only chose it because there were no reasonably priced hotels available but still, this was shameful."
