Our check-in was delayed until 6:30pm because the people who stayed here the night before us left the place in "very bad" conditions according to the cleaning ladies. Once we entered the home it smelled and looked clean. The main complaint I have is that there was ZERO electricity in one of the smaller rooms, the one with the queen bed. No lights, no tv, and the electrical outlets didn't work. I just don't understand how the cleaning ladies were in there for hours without trying to fix it.... When I sent a message, they said the handyman would be there in the morning.....after we check-out....

Not as I expected

I had a text about designer furniture and the pride that is taken in the property. When we opened the fire to go in the musty smell was terrible. The chair in the living room was broken and so called designer furniture was stained and not as nice as they made it sound. There was 2 half rolls of toilet paper for 8 of us and 1 half roll of paper towels., no dishwasher soap and towel rack in one of the bathrooms was pulled out of the wall. Thresholds were not covered and it wasn’t very clean. No washcloths or hand towels available or dish cloth/towel for kitchen area. When I called to see how to get into the property the big concern was if I would pay cash for something or thru Zelle. I most certainly was not paying for something I didn’t even know what it was for.

Baby & Mom sick what a way to start your vacation…

Let’s start off by saying the communication and check in ppprocess is terrible. We never received the code until we reached the house. When we arrived and being that we in Miami you would figure it’s hot but it was 56 degrees outside. The unit was set on 62 degrees so it was very cold in the unit. We tried to turn on the heat a little but the unit was broken, next thing I know water was all over the floor from me turning on the unit. I had to take my mother and child to the hospital it was too cold that night for them and they got sick. The man never called back to repair it or even help us out. The sheets were not sufficient in that house temp, so we had to go buy blankets. The linen were also dirty and there were used headphones found in my son's bed. The kitchen also had - dirty microwave and dirty dishes. I don’t recommend this place. Beware

Schon vor Ankunft erschien die Unterkunft leider in keinem guten Licht, wir hatten zuerst für 2 Leute gebucht und nachträglich noch 2 Personen angegeben, das kostete uns 200 $ extra. Hätten wir von Anfang an für 4 Personen gebucht, wäre der Preis der gleiche geblieben. Den Code für die Haustür bekamen wir auch erst als wir die zusätzlichen 200$ in einen Briefkasten geworfen haben, wurden dabei per Video beobachtet. Leider war die Unterkunft bei Ankunft nicht richtig sauber, es war bspw noch Müll im Mülleimer. Außerdem haben Dinge, die in der Beschreibung angegeben waren gefehlt, wie Föhn, Toaster, ausreichend Küchenutensilien (es gibt nur Pfannen, keine Töpfe) oder zusätzliches Toilettenpapier. Wir waren zu viert, auf mehrmalige Nachfrage, ob es möglich wäre Tassen für den Kaffee zu bekommen, zuerst hieß es mehrmals, es wären welche vorhanden, wurden am nächsten Tag nur drei Tassen gebracht. Alles in allem war es aushaltbar für fünf Nächte, würde es aber nicht nochmal buchen!
