"The room was impeccable "

"The location was convenient, the staff was friendly and helpful & the room was clean. The biggest problem we had was that we were on the 4th floor and the elevator was out of order. Hauling bags up and down was annoying. Also if your room key got anywhere near your phone it would deactivate which meant another trip down and back up 4 flights of stairs. The other thing that was not great is that our room faced a construction site and work started very early and was very loud. We only stayed for 1 night before a cruise & for the price I have no regrets & wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. However, if you are planning to stay for more than a couple days I would choose elsewhere."

"The stay was pleasant the only complaint on my end were the ladies at the front desk. They were pretty rude to certain people but for the most part everything else was ok and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly "
