Did not feel safe. Bulletproof glass on front desk window, feral cats outside, no alarm clock or standard channels on tv, weird blue stains on curtains, dirty water, constant car horns and sirens outside, pool was closed indefinitely, you need a key card to get into the building and the elevator, the elevator makes an explosion sound everytime you use it so you have to use the stairs which aren’t any better. If you value your life, stay somewhere else

This is my first time ever leaving a rewiew but I think it is definitely needed. This place is the worst place I’ve stayed at in Hotel/Travel history. The hotel is dirty, roaches was crawling in the elevator. They put me in room (507) lol this number shall hunt me , we were right next to the elevator and the noise piercing through the Walls ALL NIGHT MADE IT difficult to sleep. We checked in after midnight and was so tired to even request a change.. The next morning at check out, we were greeted in the lobby by a unsatisfied guest who was demanding a refund because of how horrible her room were. Instead of accommodating her, they called the cops! I don’t recommend this Hotel.

Property was completely disgusting and was nothing like the pictures showed, we checked in and were very concerned and were just hoping that the room was better than the rest of the hotel. Got to our room and it was disgusting! Stains on everything, everything broken and no soap or toilet paper. Decided we couldn't stay there safely so I checked out without a refund but literally did not feel like my wife and I could stay. Am really disappointing in Expedia for even allowing it on their site. Stay away!

The rooms are nasty and dirty the bathroom have rust and the tub is dirty inside, it was filled with small pebbles of dirt.The front door have a bullet hole and passer by can see right into the room, the carpet in the room is sticky, and Expedia charge us a fee of $75 for cancellation of this dirty hotel.. this is not a safe hotel for anyone to stay inside. The pictures that are posted on EXPEDIA are lies they look nothing like the inside of the hotel room.

I like nothing about this hotel bed soft and low down to the floor pillows soft my husband back hurts him for the three nights we where there tile in bathroom dirty i check out 6am and go to the airport to wait my flight ✈️ was 12pm don't book stay at this hotel 🛏️🏨

The building is very outdated, carpets were disgusting in the room, the room wasn't even cleaned.. No towels, wash clothes or toilet paper in the room. Every time you went down to get said things, they were "out". Didn't even have a comforter on the bed just a sheet and what looked like a curtain. .. I don't really complain and honestly I just needed a bed for the weekend but for the price, I expect a little more. The only good thing was that the staff was nice and showed good customer service. The hotel itself, 3/10. Won't go again.

I can’t believe this hotel is allowed to run. I ended up here on a last minute decision even though I had read the terrible reviews. No matter how nice the staff is, and they really are, the conditions of this hotel are so filthy and decrepit I’m surprised they are open. The pictures I took are so awful that I won’t post them out of embarrassment for the hotel. I do not recommend this place even if you are trying to save some money.

The lobby was grimy. Security desk blocks hallway 1. Elevator floor was broken tile, dirty. Bathroom tile is dirty. We did not see bugs— be careful. Someone knocked on our door at midnight to see if we were here. The pillows were like throw pillows. There were no blankets on the bed, which given the condition of the place was a blessing. There is no breakfast. The pool is closed. This should not be on Expedia!

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It was absolutely filthy and felt unsafe. At a price of over $300 a night, I would expect better accommodations. It was extremely overpriced for the quality of the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
