  • This place is right behind the James L Knight Center, right between the Brickell Avenue and the S.E. 2nd Avenue bridge. I was on the North side of the Miami River pointing my camera South East. I found plenty of parking for a reasonable price. Best time if you want lots of action would be Friday or Saturday night. For a more desolate nights I would recommend Monday thru Thursday night. Here you will find an incredible amount of photography opportunities to shoot for. While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept. Lots of new, very tall buildings have made the Miami landscape a very popular site for photography!

This condo like property was super clean, easy to get to, easy check-in process and great location, especially to the Miami cruise port. Pool area was great and quiet. I would definitely recommend this property and will stay again.

Great room, awful service.

The room itself was great. Spectacular view, great value, and excellent location. Getting into the room could not have been more challenging/ frustrating. Nobody at the property knew anything and the experience was so unpleasant it is likely I will never stay at a Mint House ever again.

Had some difficulty checking in at the beginning as our room was switched and we weren’t notified before our arrival so we were attempting to gain access to a room which wasn’t ours. That said, we were upgraded to a larger room which was the reason for the change. Besides that, everything was good. We will certainly be back.

Great property. Clean. Loved the spa and the pool. Elevators need to work all together due to delays. Valet parking takes a very long time to bring your car even when using the app.

Good location with nice gym and pool, the room was fine but all the little things were poor. Our fob for the lift did work for the entire stay, nor did the lights in our room. We asked for more towels (we only had one between two of us) and that room 3 days to come.

Hotel was great clean and close to my favorite store whole food. The only negative think I have to mention is that we didn’t have internet and couldn’t get our phones or the TV connected to WiFi. I called customer service and someone was supposed to call me back but I never got a call back and the next day we checked out already. Overall great experience at Mint House. Will book again.

Instructions on entry left out how to use elevators to get to room. Valet lot has height restriction and had to park at a different garage. Otherwise great value. Beautiful place! Great decor lots of space. Great view! Would stay again the other items are just informational as I don’t want anyone else to drive around downtown Miami for parking or riding elevators. lol. Will stay again but with a lower vehicle and know how to get to room now 🙂
