The location is just perfect. Parking (free) on the site is perfect. Communication is fantastic, text, WhatsApp, any question - no problem. Everything is clean - towels, sheets, plates, glasses - anything you might need. The shower was hot and plenty of water. Huge fridge.

I never rate anything, but after reading all the comments on this property and experiencing it myself, I felt that I needed to write this. It is an excellent stay considering the price-value, do not expect luxury but you sure can expect, a comfortable bed, clean and nice bathroom and functional appliances. Is not a resort but it is a great option to those who only use the hotel to rest and shower. It is in the heart of de design, art and fashion district so there’s a lot of culture, shops and restaurants at walking distance.

I wanted to send a huge thank you to the staff at Krymwpod-studios. They were so kind and helpful throughout my stay, even attempting to help a previous gues track down a missing package. You can tell that they really appreciate their guests! I will be returning to Miami each summer over the period of 5 years for a yoga teacher training, and plan to stay again with them each year. It’s truly a bargain and everything is walkable. Wynwood is such a cool areas, and both the design Dustrict and Mid-Town are right there too. I would highly recommend a stay here, for sure!

This is my second time staying at Wynwood. I loved the customer service experience. Whenever I had a problem, needed extra towels or had any questions I would receive a prompt response via email. I would also receive check-ins via phone to make sure that I had everything I needed. I love the murals and surrounding scenery. I felt safe waling to local cafes and grocery stores. I plan on booking with them again in the future.

I loved the beautiful artwork on the building. When I entered my room everything was clean. There were a couple of small issues with the shower handle coming off. But the matter was quickly addressed by the handyman. It was fixed within the hour. That was fast! The customer service was stellar! Any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed. I will definitely book with this location again!

I stayed for three weeks and I think this place is good for the price. The location is pretty good and the unit I was in felt safe. The AC worked and I was not bothered by the noise, it was normal for an air conditioner. The washing machine and dryer were functional but kind of awkward. The shower floor is dated and felt a little gross due to standing water between the tiles. The shower drain was a little smelly and drain flies were a constant nuisance. There was also a leak in the roof during my stay but only during the rain. Fixed that with a trash can and informed them, no big deal. The communication with customer service/ maintenance was great. In summary, I didn't come with the expectation of luxury so I think this place is fair for singles or couples who just need a place to stay.

had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Miami, where you can walk around downtown, enjoy many restaurants, and find plenty of shops. Communication with the host was also excellent. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

The building has visible signs of neglect. The lock on door does not seem safe. Lights at night were not lit. TV did not work. Walls in room were in bad condition. Management promise to bring remote for TV and never did. Total rat trap. I am 60 years old male and felt unsafe the entire time.
