My favorite place on South Beach

Perfect location on north end of South Beach. Off the beach but steps away. Quiet and safe block. Great architecture and rooms are well appointed. Personal attention by the great staff. My favorite hotel because it feels like an upscale boutique hotel. Hidden gem, go here!

The property is central to most restaurant, shopping areas and access to tours. The hotel is basic however a vacation requires outdoor activities so it was ok. The sheets was questionable though...not sure if they were clean or just needed bleaching. Overall, i had a good stay with easy walk to Ocean Drive.

Everyone is extremely nice. They allowed me to check in early. The rooms are clean but not sure of the vibe trying to give off. The beds are immaculate but everything else around that looks suspicious. There are stains on the walls and what looks to be mold on some places. There are some sugar ants ( to be expected in Florida). It’s a great hotel but if they can clean up the aesthetic of the room, I would’ve gave 5 starts.

this hotel was amazing, the aesthetics were beautiful and the place was very clean.. the showers were big & the beds were soft.. the location is walking distance from many shops and the beach..its a parking garage close by or you can park on the street… will definitely return

The property is in the perfect location. In a quiet street just 1 block from Ocean Blvd and 2 blocks from the Beach. Very private feeling, small hotel, but with all the amenities short of a pool.

It is a small hotel with good service, well located in a tourist area with a beach, (they can help you with an umbrella at the reception) its staff is attentive to your concerns and you can get parking nearby for $25 a day. Breakfast is simple but sufficient.

Double charged resort fee

We were charged the resort fee twice. I called the hotel to alert them of the error and they agreed to remove it. Because of that I would not recommend them to others or stay there again.

Basic place to stay. It was clean except for some dark spots and a hair found on my sheets. Staff was kind and helpful. I mentioned I was VIP but they didn’t offer me any incentive for that.

Great attention, easy check in and check out, security deposit of 200 - still waiting for that refund. At check-in we were told that everything in the mini fridge was free to consume when we got into the room… There was a Gingerale and a cookie. I thought that was cheap but breakfast is included every day of your stay, which was convenient and the food was really good.
