The doors are paper thin! You can hear everything going on in the hallway, especially Housekeeping in the morning. I’ve never experienced so much noise at a hotel.

The Henrosa is always such a nice place to stay while enjoying all the amenities throughout the Art Deco area a part of South Beach. It’s warm and welcoming thanks to Natalia, Juan and Norman as well as those in housekeeping. The lobby, petite, is very charming. The rooms are immaculate and have a comfortable queen bed, a refrig, safe, and a very nice bathroom. It is located only a block from the ocean and right next door to another hotel The Betsy. There is a restaurant, bar and entertainment which is a bonus. Along the side of The Henrosa is an intimate alley walkway toward Ocean Drive with a pizza restaurant and an ice cream bar! The Henrosa has an adorable patio which looks out onto Collins Ave. and it is a minute’s walk away from restaurants on Espanola Way and the historic shopping district on Lincoln Road. Two streets not to miss! Coffee and tea and water for guests throughout the day. 24 hour desk service.

Perfect place to stay to be close to beach and shops at a reasonable price. Inside is cute and pink with fun decor, rooms are clean. You have access to 2 beach lounge chairs and it’s like a 2 min walk and you pass a Starbucks on the way which is fun. Also right by ocean drive and espanola way but we didn’t have any issues with noise!

Cute hotel and the perfect location! Easy walk to the beach, close to Starbucks, right near Walgreens if you forget something but also in the heart of all of the beautiful and historic buildings and great local restaurants and shops. We never needed to uber and were able to walk everywhere. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was our AC didnt work at night during our stay. Staff was super nice and offered to move us after night #2, but we had unpacked and were leaving the next day and didn’t want the hassle. I would still stay here again and recommend. It was a great place, despite the AC issue we loved it!

Very cute boutique hotel. I will stay here again. The only downside was no coffee maker in the room, and the air conditioning would not go lower than 74. Other than that, it was a great experience.

I feel the Henrosa is a best kept secret lively boutique hotel! I’ve stayed here many times over the past 18 months. From the very first experience until this one I arrive and leave feeling the same! The staff, Natalia, Juan, Norman, Alexandro ( now at their sister hotel ) Have always made me feel so very welcome and have done everything imaginable to make me very grateful that I chose to stay at their hotel! Immaculate room with all the amentities one could ask! Housekeeping each day with fresh white towels, freshly made bed and refill of toiletries. The lobby is so serene and pretty. Coffee and tea available too. A pretty covered patio with cushioned wicker chairs and tables for guests to enjoy the fresh outdoors. This visit Natalia showed me two rooms that were available although all rooms are the same and so pretty with slightly different views. Each I’ve stayed in has been equally comfortable. Wonderful chest with drawers along with a place for hanging one’s clothes. A cushiony queen size bed with four fluffy pillows. Location is ideal!!! A block from Ocean Ave with the lovely beach ( beach towels and chairs included with your stay ) and on Collins Ave. Close to restaurants along Espanola Way. Near to another hotel with a pizza restaurant and ice cream bar just beside The Henrosa. This visit I had the pleasure of meeting one of the managers of The historic Art Deco Henrosa Hotel. His name is William and he is charming and eager to make one’s stay the very best!

Staff were offhand & not friendly. No valet parking as advertised. Room ok but cleaning hit & miss. No coffee in room, had to go to lobby but no coffee available until at least 9.00am as nobody turns the machine on. There are much better hotels to stay in close by.

HVAC system needs work. No heat the first night, then so loud the 2nd night, we couldn’t sleep. Resort fee is insulting. But the location is great. Free breakfast at the Cavalier was excellent.
