Bad surprise!!

Unit set back at the end of a courtyard. No light. Fenestration from the 50s. Painted bath that shells. No fan. No hair dryer. Dirty floor. Faulty kitchen tap. Very noisy neighborhood at night. In short, should not be listed with your agency. Quality / price zero.

Belle appartement ,propre...mais aucune vaisselle,aucun balet,aucune vadrouille,rien pour laver la vaisselle,1 sac a poubelle,1 papier de toilette,aucune plaque a four etc....jai demander un balet au debut du sejour ,mais jamais recu.

Quiet and comfortable.

The apartments are very quiet and close to Gulfstream and casinos.The apartment was visably used ie, broken shades and nicks here and there, needs a few upgrades but very clean. Close to stores and restaurants. We arrived late due to being stuck in traffic in another state.They really need to have staff available at least til 9pm to welcome guests. If it wasn't for other guests we wouldn't have known how to contact someone to advise that we had arrived and find out which apartment we were in or how to get in. We had to place a phone call. Once contacted staff was very friendly and helpful.

Robbery

The second I walked in I noticed that it was not even close to what was pictured. I opened the fridge and found a takeout box of old food and a pot which also had old food in it. The pool was always dirty. First I pay to stay and they expect me to keep the pool clean? If you want to go anywhere be sure to expect to pay for parking. Also the shower didn’t get hot. The drain cover was broken and I sliced my toe open on it. Overall I don’t recommend this place at all. It’s a total scam.

Place was terrible holes in the floor holes in the wall couch was scratched up check in was suspect had to drive an hour to Miami Beach Hostel to check in and than they wanted to take a picture of my credit card for file place was horrid I couldn’t even stay there. We went to check in and the key was just left on the floor and all the lights on. We contacted the girl joselyn who checked us in said we can get a partial refund when Expedia called they denied it so now I have to dispute it on American Express DO NOT STAT HERE BEWARE!!

the room was clean and comfortable. there was no daily service, the shower was small and i could not find the pictured pool. in spite of all the negatives i enjoyed my stay as the quiet and serenity was what i most desired

Place was great! Ideal for a couple but we were in a family of 3. Needed a door between bedroom and living room. Other than that had a great stay!
