This wasn’t really a hotel. For the price it was really lacking. Insanely painful check in process, breakfast was Costco granola bars, no where to plug your phone in in the room.

Room as expected (clean, new) with an awkward layout and noisy old style air conditioning. Billing experience was horrific. A few hours before check in they ask you for copies of your credit card, ID and personal info. Lack of luck I traveled with another card and was denied access to the room for 90 minutes. Finally the receptionist took a photocopy of my credit card and ID (again). A few days later my card number was fraudulently used in Miami. Cannot be just a coincidence.

Parking was confusing and expensive so be prepared to pay $50 a day. The place was really clean and it was nice but I don’t think it was worth $500 a night. If they lowered the price a lot I would probably stay there again. Overall though it was nice and the bed was very comfortable.

Parken im direkten Umfeld für 40$ / Tag möglich. Kürzere Parkdauer günstiger - ab 2h tat es weh ... Einkaufen im Supermarkt nur über die Strasse (hier auch Parkhaus, wo bis zu 1h im Supermarkt gestempelt werden kann). Man sollte kein Hotel erwarten. es ist eher eine einfache Unterkunft zum Schlafen. Bilder assoziieren m.E. Gastronomie, die es aber nicht gibt. Personal zuvorkommend. Das "Frühstück" beschränkt sich auf eine Kaffeemaschine, ein paar Müsliriegel (wenn noch verfügbar) und etwas Obst.

Only stayed one night so the small room was fine for our needs. Floor wasn’t clean however. Hotel is close to Lincoln Road Shopping and restaurants so good in that respect. Would stay again.

The staff is extremely kind and everything was so nice and clean. We stopped for a day it was perfect. It was also very close to Lincoln road and it felt safe.

Hotel is very clean and the hallways smell fresh. The room had lots of natural light and very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom shower was spacious. The staff / front desk were helpful and attentive. I really enjoyed my time will stay here again !

Luxury suites no way the staff was not friendly the pool was dirty the water pressure from the shower sucked it kept on leaving we had soap all over and had to wait for the water pressure to come back for us to rinse the place looked like it’s been with the same carpet for years the pictures on the internet do not go by it. The place looks nothing like it the restaurant there closed it was just nothing like I expected for the price they charged me.

Not very many shops within walking distance. Parked car in garage next door so parking was not an issue. Had to go next door for late night snacks as there are none available. Would have been nice to have a vending machine. No microwave in the room. Had to take food downstairs to lobby microwave. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean although rug was stained and dirty looking. Staff were very nice. Altogether it was a good last minute stay for the price and area.

If your looking for something cozy and reminds you of a mini apartment, this is it. Close to Lincoln street and stores you have the convenience of shopping, taking in the sites and relaxing from a busy day. Staff is professional and very attentive. They have snacks and water on hands in the morning and area is clean. The room is cozy and very clean. Bed is super comfortable. Its located near a busy intersection which is a bit lively at night if you're ok with that. Would recommend

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! I was unable to make my reservation due to a personal emergency and they were completely unwilling to work with me. Even Expedia called and pleaded for them to give me at least a partial refund or even a transfer of dates for even part of the reservation. They showed zero empathy and made a difficult personal situation even worse by being rude and dismissive. When I did some digging there are countless people online who have said the same thing. They are terrible to work with. I would never stay here.

Upon arrival, the initial room assigned to us had a very strong odor of marijuana, which was unacceptable. I want to acknowledge that the front desk staff member was helpful and made a sincere effort to resolve the issue, despite the hotel being fully booked. We were eventually reassigned to a different room, which was significantly better. However, the second room lacked proper curtains and only had sheer white blinds. As a result, the room was very bright early in the morning, with no effective way to block sunlight. Since we traveled to Miami specifically to rest and take a break from our routine especially as parents of a toddler who already experience limited sleep being woken up by direct sunlight at 6:00 AM was disappointing. While I appreciate the staff’s effort to accommodate us, the overall experience did not meet expectations for a restful stay.
