Very run down and basic but in a great location and relatively clean. All the critical reviews before ours are not inaccurate. Here is our experience: The Miami Beach Boardwalk is very close but the unit can get very noisy at night with vehicle and pedestrian traffic on Collins Ave and with some of the 'windows' being plastic panels with gaps. The shower drain was super slow and backing up but we bought a jug of Draino which helped. The unit has the very basics of what you need to stay in a place (we didn't cook but there's a 2-burner gas stove that is finicky and a hot plate). Though not mentioned in property details, there is A/C and it is strong and quiet. Communication with the rental company was good and they were very responsive. Tips: take the free trolley bus to and from Lincoln Road on the "Collins Express" line to save yourself a $20 rideshare each way; the stop is steps away across the street. CVS and Walgreens are both walking distances away.

The place is in horrible disrepair: the bath is not draining, the doors are rotten the entry door and bathroom door doesn't close properly, i had to use the bathroom wirh everyone watching of the street, there is a huge window right near the toilet, no bathroom vent, there was bucket of stale water under the leakig bathroom sink, the bathtub was extremely dirty and painted over with regular laint! I couldn't wash my baby or myself after the beach, all the windows are plastic barely attached together and there isdirtdyst and paint onall the window ceilings, there isno noise isolation from the very busy street, the bedshad hairs in them of other peopleand curtai s were extremely dusty. The grime dirt and smell were unbelievable! I mean it wasu safe to be there. The kitchenett didn't have things that were promisedbut at this state i couldnot safely use it without fearing formy familieshealth. All in all i was extremely disappointed it was not a safe place or even a clean place. When contacting the property they refused even though it was unliavable hot dusty and unsafe for a baby and adults they knew that are going to stay. There were even cans of paint and construction materials in the closet! And rotting clothes or umbrella we werenot sure. All matrasses were thin andbeds wobbly. We had to get another hotel as a result. As a result of this horrible experience and the place being unlovable and unsafe, i would like 780$ back as this was the cost of the alternative hotel

Decepcionante

El día que llegamos a Miami intentamos ingresar con el código que nos habían proporcionado y no funcionaba. Una persona del edificio fue amable y nos abrió la puerta principal para que podamos ingresar. Antes de eso llamamos varias veces al teléfono que nos proporcionaron y nadie atendió sino hasta después de la quinta llamada. El apartamento está en muy malas condiciones, al igual que sus colchones ( fue espantoso dormir en ellos ). No habían cubiertos , vasos , ni acolchados para todos. La luz de la habitación no funcionaba y no estaban los controles de la tv, ni del aire acondicionado. Luego de varias llamadas logramos que nos brinden algo de todo lo que necesitábamos pero nada solucionó la incomodidad general. Había tanta humedad en todo el departamento que las sábanas se humedecían. El viaje fue en familia con 2 niñas pequeñas. Realmente una decepción para todos

Emplacement parfait

Emplacement fantastique, tout est accessible en trolley ou à pied. Parking abordable sur la 41e rue. Appartement avec une bonne literie dans l’ensemble. Nous n’avons pas utilisé la Clim car les températures étaient clémentes, par conséquent, on entendait bien celle des autres appartements et il y avait une légère odeur dans l’appartement, mais rien d’horrible. Le savon sentait bon et l’appellent est bien équipé pour faire une cuisine simple. Le frigo/congélateur est grand et fonctionne bien. Une bonne adresse
