DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
This place was horrible from the start. It takes forever to get through the downtown traffic just to get there.
Then when you arrive there is no one to offer help. I had to get out of the car and seek assistance.
They have six elevators, however, two of them were down, so you can imagine how long it took to get on the elevators. We waited over 10 minutes one time for an elevator.
The parking is free, but that's only because you have to drive up to 15 to 20 floors to get to your space. If you like your car, I suggest parking elsewhere and paying.
Their garage is so narrow that you will scrape and scratch your rims and tires on the railings. Not worth it. Trust me!
Now for the worst part. The AC in the room was not working properly. We called to try and get it fixed and they blamed it on the building. They said it would be fixed shortly but it never got fixed. At one point, it was 79 degrees in the room. Remember this is Miami.
We ended up going to Target and buying a huge fan just to stay cool.
I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Stay away and find somewhere that's worth your money!
