Upon arrival, the receptionist unnecessarily expressed her dislike for her job through statements and body language. Information regarding the hotel was riddled off far too quickly to remember with no supporting material provided (until asked multiple times) and basic information such as use of safe, check out time, housekeeping, etc. were not provided. From entering the elevator to entering the room, there was a musty scent. The housekeeping team did an okay job cleaning the room on a daily basis. Access to dollys were extremely limited even after asking staff for assistance with finding one so if youre traveling with lots of luggage, I suggest going somewhere else. Staff who do not speak english do not try to understand what you are asking them or try to assist by directing you to someone who can.
Again, if traveling with lots of luggage, the parking situation is also not ideal as it is located in a separate building.
The lobby is located on the 2nd floor and there
is no security located at the entrance or anywhere visible.
