Even my reservación was paid When I PURCHASE FLIGHT AND HOTEL the day we check in the front desk personal charge my credit card $200 dls. And the manager did not respond to my request to reimburse this amount.

La estancia fue simplemente horrible!!! Escogí un hotel con un precio relativamente más alto pensando en tener una estancia tranquila para recuperarme de una operación . El tercer día de estar ahí una housekeeping llegó con una super mala actitud a mi habitación preguntando que “que quería” como si debiera indicarle como hacer su trabajo y luego comenzó a lanzar las sábanas al suelo como enojada por tener que trabajar. Le dije a su supervisora y no hizo nada . Al 5 to día mientras estaba en una llamada con la aerolínea en la cual regresaría llegó otra persona a hacer el cuarto y mientras lo hacia , otros dos estaban en el pasillo , gritándose entre ellos como si estuvieran en un parque , les pedí que bajaran la voz para atender mi llamada y literalmente me saco la lengua y tiro la puerta sin terminar de hacer mi habitación . Me queje con el manager (Patrick era su nombre) mostrando incluso fotos del desastre que dejo , incluyendo basura en el suelo y dijo que descontaría 2 noches , cosa que JAMÁS HIZO . El servicio es pésimo , demasiado costoso para el servicio que brindan de tan mala forma y calidad

The Aloft is well located. Lots of restaurants walking distance from the hotel. The pool is beautiful. The rooms are large although the bathroom area is strangely designed with the sink vanity not enclosed. The air conditioner is loud and the toilet is also loud and requires 2 flushes. We did enjoy our stay - bottled water and brewed coffee plentiful!

The property is old and dated. The hallways smell, walls scratched, dirty carpets, lighting fixtures coming apart. If you need to stay in this area, spend the extra $200 and stay at the AC marriot across the street,

It was close to where i needed to go with lots of restaurants around. I didn't like cleanliness of rooms. I had to request house keeping each day- bathroom wasn't cleaned, somebody else's hair, dust bunniess still visible all through my 3 night stay

We loved our stay because we had our room cleaned every day, the bed was comfy and the staff was always friendly, the area around the hotel was nice. We would’ve appreciated that breakfast was included.

The water pressure at the hotel was not the best, also the water didn’t get very hot. Air conditioning is blocked so it doesn’t circulate room very well. Also Advised front desk that all our shampoo bottles had fallen off the wall and they never came to fix it. Also asked for an additional pillow and never received it

Upon arrival, the receptionist unnecessarily expressed her dislike for her job through statements and body language. Information regarding the hotel was riddled off far too quickly to remember with no supporting material provided (until asked multiple times) and basic information such as use of safe, check out time, housekeeping, etc. were not provided. From entering the elevator to entering the room, there was a musty scent. The housekeeping team did an okay job cleaning the room on a daily basis. Access to dollys were extremely limited even after asking staff for assistance with finding one so if youre traveling with lots of luggage, I suggest going somewhere else. Staff who do not speak english do not try to understand what you are asking them or try to assist by directing you to someone who can. Again, if traveling with lots of luggage, the parking situation is also not ideal as it is located in a separate building. The lobby is located on the 2nd floor and there is no security located at the entrance or anywhere visible. Would not stay here again! were not provided.

Very good room and facilities but I left something behind in the room and phoned after checkout. I was transferred several times and even the Manager wouldn’t deal with the issue and transferred me to housekeeping voicemail. No one has called me back. Management please call me back.
