"We loved the space and workspaces that came as part of the members club. The room was stunning and well kept. Only slight con was the staff was not always on the same page and when we arrived at 5am we were told that our only option was to wait until 4pm to be brought to the room. Later, asking a different front desk employee we were told the room had been ready and could be taken up. Not sure why we had to wait in the lobby for as long as we did.
