"This was a beautiful property, staff was helpful and polite, a few members of staff were able to speak english so communication was not difficult. Our room was minimal but still nice and had all the necessities except an iron. Only issue i had was on our first night our bathroom was not cleaned properly as there was hair in the shower, there was also an issue with our light switch. However after the 1st day the bathroom was cleaned properly and there wasnt an issue after. We reported the faulty light switch so hopefully that got rectified. The pool area was clean and not crowded. View was good. Supermarket,pharmacy and cafe are walking distance. Kfc is about a 5min drive and larcomar mall was approximately 29min drive with traffic. There is a mall that is closer however i cant recall the name. The hotel is approximately 29mins from Miraflores. Community was safe, we walked alone late at night. Overall really good hotel for the price, only major issue was the limited breakfast selection."

"Great choice of breakfast and delicious. We stayed two nights, the dishes were sort of different. The shuttle bus is kind of tricky at late night but is fine. WiFi takes several attempts to log in. But the staff was helpful on this "

"Room was cool temperature wise, bedding adequate, bathrooms clean. You can’t get a bed much closer to check in area for convenience. The only thing I noticed was that the room wasn’t as soundproof as I expected (like one would be at a hotel). I heard a couple of voices and a couple of loud thumps from nearby. Maybe someone or was jumping down from the top bunk and it makes that noise. But the rest of the short night it was very quiet. Probably a good reminder for everyone to not really talk or converse in there as a courtesy to others, as it’s a place for resting and sleeping!"

"My initial dish of fish looked half raw and had to change to another dish which was very good. It seems that most of the tours in Peru start very early in the morning and when I asked the front desk ( on 2 different days)for a to-go early snack, it was refused. Fortunately, on both occasions, another staff member graciously made this happen for which I was grateful. Otherwise, stay was very good"

"​I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Lima Miraflores, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel excels in many areas, though a few minor maintenance and setup issues held it back from being a perfect 5-star experience for me. ​The Highlights ​The room was exceptionally clean and impressively quiet. The bed and pillows were top-tier, ensuring a great night's sleep every night. ​The staff are a credit to the hotel. Everyone I encountered was polite, professional, and genuinely welcoming. ​The buffet breakfast is outstanding! The variety is incredible, and I loved that the selection changed daily. It’s easily one of the best parts of the stay. ​I felt completely safe throughout my stay. The hotel has a high-level security system, and the in-room safety features provided great peace of mind. ​While I had a great time, I did report a few issues on my first day that unfortunately weren't addressed during my stay: ​There were no glasses or holders for toothbrushes, and oddly, nowhere to hang or place a hand towel in the bathroom. These are small details, but they impact daily convenience. ​Between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, the shower water was consistently cold. This seems to be a peak-hour issue that needs looking into. If these minor hardware and plumbing issues were resolved, this hotel would easily earn a full 5-star rating. It is a beautiful property in in a great location, and I would still highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miraflores! "
