Service minded hotel

I’m travelling with my motorcycle, and the hotel was very service oriented and told me that I could have my motorcycle outside my terrace door so I could se it for security reasons. I really appreciated it

Great service at the start of the stay.

when I checked into my room, the toilet flush was broken. Not only did the receptionist try to fix the problem immediately, she then moved me to another room & promptly cleaned the bathroom! This is excellent service.

Hotel has seen better days

This was a room with a bed and a bathroom. Hotel could really use some maintenance. Pictures must have been taken years ago. A/C in the reception was leaking and a bucket was placed in the middle of the room. Luckily the price was in the lower end of the price range.

Séjour confortable d'une nuit.

Séjour d'une nuit. Pas de petit déjeuner. Chambre confortable, literie confortable, très propre. Au calme malgré sa situation dans carrefour et le long d'une rue très passante. Hôtel bien isolé. Pas de bruit par rapport aux voisins.

Suis resté 2 nuits. Fenêtre simple vitrage et mal insonorisée. Mobilier des années 1970. Couchage correct. Le pire, humidité résiduelle, Vmc non fonctionnelle, odeur d'égout permanent qui remonte depuis les évacuations de la douche. La douche pas propre et pleine de moisissure. Je n'y retournerai pas, et ne le conseillerai pas à mes collègues

Terrible. No hay personal en la noche. Todo cerrado. Lugar muy alejado de todo. Habitaciones muy descuidadas. El desayuno parece que estuvo servido hace 3 dias. No se como permiten que el hotel siga operando, es un verdadero lugar abandonado.

Séjour très décevant. Dès l'arrivée, j'ai constaté que la chambre n'était pas propre il manquait des serviettes pour la douche, le cache-sommier était absent, et le sommier lui-même était taché, avec une odeur désagréable, ce qui était vraiment repoussant. Des toiles d'araignée étaient présentes, et les toilettes étaient également sales. Le pire restait le bruit: impossible de dormir le matin ou de se reposer. La femme de ménage faisait énormément de bruit dès le début de la matinée, et ce vacarme a duré jusqu'à 13h. Portes qui claquent, aspirateur, discussions fortes dans les couloirs... C'était invivable pour espérer un peu de calme pendant le séjour. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement tant qu'un vrai effort ne sera pas fait sur la propreté, l'hygiène et le respect du repos des clients

Séjour très bien. Petit souci : nous sommes 4 cyclistes et nous avons voulu prendre un verre en arrivant. La plupart des boissons étaient en rupture de stock. Ensuite, il y avait une publicité, 1 boisson acheté, 1 gratuite entre 18 h et 19 h, la personne qui nous a servi, nous l'a refusé sous prétexte qu'elle n'avait pas 2 boissons identiques. Difficile de communiquer avec elle. A contrario, le personnel au petit déjeuner a été charmant.
