They were friendly and the place was clean all the time . They have a restaurant uptairs with good food . The buffet breakfast was good. The customer service was amazingly helpful. Barceló México Reforma
The room was very clean and the staff was good. Noting that this property is listed as 5 stars, I do have a comment. I would expect a 5 star property to have conditioner and skin lotion in the room, this property did not.
