The location of this facility is very convenient to the park and museums. The walk is fairly level and easy to stroll to nearby coffee shops and restaurants. The rooms are very quiet. Never heard anyone else in the building even though they were there, judging by the garbage left out on pick up day. Daily maid service and fresh towels, fully furnished kitchen plus twice the square footage of the average hotel room included. Maintenance a little wanting but easy trade off for all the pluses. Would stay again.

The place is in a perfect location, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Victor and Luis were wonderful. The room was so beautiful and super clean. We are definitely coming back to Rio Elba suites and will recommend it to anyone planning a trip to CDMX.

I was waiting the time to leave! Unfortunately i booked a non refundable rate (I prepaid from hotels.com) and i couldn't leave the day day after my arrival (I atrived at almost 4am, I contacted the support at 5am or even earlier). I called and asked before booking if they have a reception at my arrival time. They have a small desk with 2 guys changing shifts and none of them speaks English.
