The property was exceptionally clean, and the rooms were well-maintained throughout our stay. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in and check-out smooth. Laundry services were convenient, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room comfortable. The only downside was that Wi-Fi could be faster, but overall it was a great experience.
Great place to stay, near everything you need, really safe. Great staff

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Staff was very friendly. The place is nice and clean. It would be great if they got new towels and linen as the ones they have are worn out and stained. They should also offer coffee quits every day, as other hotels, not only the first day one stays with them.
Very convenient location. Walkable to a big variety of restaurants and sightseeing like Angel de Independencia, Diana Cazadora, Paseo de Reforma, MetroBus stop. Safe area and easy to locate. Friendly staff, clean place. The only thing is a lot of noise on the ground floor suites. But if that doesn’t bother you is a very good place to stay in. Also very affordable.

Roach was on curtain to patio, drain in shower was very slow and towel bar fell. Ac was very cold and comfortable. Sheets and bed kept tidy. Restroom very clean and was pretty.
The property was fine, but it could’ve used a couple extra towel hangers for wet towels for two people we had to hang them on the shower in order to dry. Additionally, some extra face towels would’ve been nice. Other than that, everything else is fine.
I wasn’t expecting much, just needed a room for few hours before flight. Value for money is quite high, excellent service. Received my room earlier by 2pm, appreciate the help of the staff.
Great property... Loved that I was close to all the action, however, the hotel was tucked away. It was like staying at a boutique hotel without all the frills.
