As I get to the place, they told me that they cancelled my reservation and they don't have a room for me. They tried to wash their hands on the case. But as I start to tell them that it was not my fault they agree to get me a room in a place nearby.
They send me to am airbnb room. A clean one, but it would not be my choice.
Extremely bad experience on this place.

I liked the owner and his family. They were accommodating. But, the place was too cramped for us. We are elderly. Climbing stairs, uneven access to bathroom, no night table, bed crammed up against the wall made it challenging for us. The owner offered a larger room at more expense to start with, then no extra costs, but we found another accommodation half the price and very spacious.
I was in need of a room for just one night as I was traveling through the area. The location is in a great part of Mexico City (La Condesa). There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and stores, within walking distance. The room I had was compact but comfortable. Good Cable and Internet. Plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable but I wasn't too sure about the use of velour sheets. There is a cafe in the front of the hotel and a nice outdoor patio in the back.
This is a really nice boarding house with top notch daily maid service. The rooms are well apportioned and comfortable. Wi-Fi was strong and the morning coffee hit the spot. You cannot do better than the Condesa neighborhood in Mexico City and this place is right in the heart of it.
Good location, could walk to many restaurants, friendly neighborhood. Had trouble with hot water 1st day, but was quickly fixed. Great staff.

Great space and location
Great space and location in Condesa close to great food and cultural attractions. Suites Condesa also stored our bags after checkout and got us a ride to the airport on our way out.
Just a room. Nothing special. Could use ceiling fans (no A/C). It would also be nice if they had a mini fridge or access to cold water. The mats and towels could be refreshed. Staff friendly and could use some basic English.

thanks for staying with us, we are going to take your recomendations to the further actions, we hope your staying was nice, thank you
We stayed here for just one night. Our king room had a deeply comfortable firm bed, with funky mix & match decor. Our hosts, seemingly a family who also run the cafe/juice bar downstairs, were very warm and welcoming despite our inability to speak Spanish well. Checkout is at 2pm- a dream for a traveller catching an afternoon flight. The cafe makes a great, strong espresso. The street-side room became very quiet on this Friday night at bedtime.
Our stay was perfect. The hosts were so kind and welcoming and we had the best time! We moved over to Suites Condesa when our water stopped running in our original AirBnB location so we were able to book last minute 2 days in a row!
Located in the heart of La Condessa. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. It is a little difficult to get a taxi. Hotel staff were extremely helpful when asked. One employee with good English. Great room, comfortable bed but hot water was inconsistent.
Its fine to stay. But don't expect hotel like service. No daily room cleaning. Towels were from a local gym with logo.

Great location but needs some love and care
The location is excellent but the room needed curtains that covered the entire window and dark out to keep light out. The safe in the room did not work the lights went out and there was no one around. Bed sheets were kind of worn
nice hotel, clean room , free coffee :) , really good location , nice staff , the only ing is that i got at night and nobody was there and had to wait for 20 min , but i booked at night , so small detail that can be corrected

I made a reservation with them the same day, I0pm and nobody opened the door, I call the phone number displayed on the door and no one answer it!! I wait outside for 30 min. expedia helped me a lot helping to find other hotel, the hostel kept my money... rateros.. expedia gave me a coupon, thanks expedia
Not a good value for the price. Room is small. Overfurnished and cramped. Toilet is in the shower. Shower doors are sliding glass shower door. Sink is next The bed.

Sentimos su molestia, tenemos habitaciones más amplias, son las king size, las fotografías de las habitaciones se encuentran en la página de internet. Tomamos en cuenta sus comentarios. Gracias
Room was clean, comfortable w/ small pop culture design touches. Felt at home at once. Service was on the spot, w/o being intrusive. Warm staff was patient w our poor Spanish and appreciative that we tried. Patio was comfy and a good place to read and sip tequila. Colonia Condesa is a great neighborhood! Good food, good coffee, parks and entertainment. Loved it and will return to this hotel for sure. Also: because there are only a few rooms on property, it makes it feel more like a private residence.
Suites Condessa is a nicely renovated home with 5 independent rooms / bathrooms. It is located in the heart of Condessa - one of Mexico City's trendiest neighborhoods.
While the street is not busy, traditional Mexican architecture calls for very thin windows, resulting in a NOISY atmosphere - even at night. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to reconsider.
The house is nice, with coffee and fruits available in the kitchen. If you want to relax, there is an outdoor patio in the back.

This hotel was more of an apartment than a hotel. It was small and cozy. Don't go in expecting a hotel with all the bells and whistles. No front desk but the couple that works there will be around. The neighborhood is great. I'd definitely book again.
