Las almohadas están más que espantosas. Pedi otra más y me cobraron depósito. Entiendo que puedan querer robar las almohadas. Pero dudo que alguien quiera robarse esas. La señora mayor que nos atendio muy linda. Pero la más joven con mala gana atiende. Todos los policías muy atentos.

La habitación increíble, limpio a morir y una sensación de calidez muy bella. Tranquilo y silencio todo el día, cortinas hermosas y muchas lámparas de techo que podías encender dependiendo de qué tanta luz necesitas. Tiene wifi gratuito, sala de espera y claro la comida me gustó mucho, esperaba menos y me sorprendieron. La TV funcionaba bien aunque no la usamos más que un rato. El baño limpio y con suficiente papel higiénico, toallas gruesas y absorbentes y regadera con cancel, el único micro detalle que la llave del agua fría se cerraba con "maña" pero todo agradable sin duda alguna. El personal super amable y los elevadores funcionales al 100, mucha seguridad y bueno no tengo quejas, ya que había amenidades y cuando regresamos habían limpiado todo y dejado más. Volvería hasta por puro gusto.

Deberían ponerse de acuerdo el hotel y la administración de Expedia, hice una reservación a través de la aplicación por una habitación doble con doble cama para dos personas, al llegar a hacer el check in me dieron una habitación sencilla con una sola cama, al aclarar el tipo de habitación que reservé el personal del hotel me dice que ese tipo de reservación no está disponible en la plataforma, obviamente está disponible, de lo contrario ¿cómo hice mi resección? A lo que me responden que solo estaban respetando la información que Expedia les envió que era una reservación por una habitación sencilla de una cama, no quise seguir discutiendo entonces les pregunté que con quien lo resolvía entonces? Me dijeron que con Expedia, ya no hice ningún cambio y me quedé en la habitación porque era más problemático irme a otro hotel
