This was my first time in Mexico City, and I loved staying here! The place was soooo nice and beautiful. They also provided a portable AC unit which really helped at night. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The location was perfect, as it’s close to nearby restaurants/cafes and a park across the street. Thank you for the best stay during my first time in Mexico!

My family (wife, 2 girls and I) stayed at this place during the Houston, Texas school Spring Break 2024. We love this place as it is very conveniently located to all the site seeing locations. The location is also safe; we walked back at night on numerous nights with no issue. The place is clean. Because it is located in a residential location, the neighborhood is very quiet. DiDi or Uber drivers would pick you up/drop off in a jiff. There is a small park nearby where people would walk their dogs all day. Walmart Express is also very nearby, so you can buy water, snacks, fruits, juice, etc. The staff was very friendly and welcoming; we love both of them that rotates to work. Ensure though to use any app to translate from English to Spanish. Highly recommend this place and wouldn't mind staying again whenever we go back.

The property itself was BEAUTIFUL, the pictures do not do justice ! Staff were so friendly, they went above and beyond when we had a request! The views from the terrace were amazing, a beautiful church across the way with a large cross!

Excellent service—Guillermina, Arturo, and the other gentlemen there were very helpful and attentive. The location is in a central quiet location. Felt extremely safe—the location offers clean towels, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, blow dryer. I would highly recommend and will be staying here in the future.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this property. It’s set in a lovely neighborhood, and you have a few restaurants and stores to get whatever you need within blocks. The apartment was spacious and clean, and the staff was amazing. The only con was the internet was not reliable. If you need to work while staying here, keep that in mind. Otherwise, you can’t go wrong with staying here.

From the moment we arrived the staff at Mathias met us and exceeded every expectation. The service level provided was absolutely stellar. The staff were super friendly and no request was too large or too small! I am already looking to book Mathias again very soon. Fantastic, residential location. The apartment was spacious, with two bedrooms, two baths, and a wrap-around balcony. It was lovely being able to see all of the folks walking their dogs at the park across the street. Only a few minute walk to Reforma. I would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at the Mathias Apartments! The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean and very spacious. The wrap-around balcony was a highlight. We opened the sliding doors for a lovely breeze. The building is safe and secure with 24 hour security and the team is responsive to your needs. Before we returned from our trip I was already recommending The Viadora apartments to my friends. Excellent property!

If an Apartment & Hotel mated: Mathias
This place did not disappoint! If you’re looking to travel with friends but want to share a common space with separate rooms and bathrooms, Mathias is the place to stay. Our apartment was an entire floor on the 4th floor with a wraparound balcony. The amenities were incredible and had everything you needed (everything a typical hotel room has PLUS a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer, wifi, tv in living room and each bedroom with premium cable - this was great because we were able to watch the MLB wildcard playoffs - Go Padres!). My sister didn’t bring an umbrella and the front had extra on hand for that late afternoon thunderstorm that came through. The front desk was very friendly and on call 24/7. Housekeeping was respectful and provided fresh towels and made our beds daily. The location is a little off the beaten path of La Reforma but not a far walk (about 10 minutes) and the neighborhood (Cuauhtémoc) was very quiet, safe, and filled with so many cute dogs. My only con is that I messaged the hotel through Hotels.com to get early check-in and they verified a room would be ready by the time we arrived at 8 am but a room was not ready until 9 am. It was not a biggie, we went to breakfast at a nearby cafe while we waited. Thank you for the excellent hospitality, Mathias!

Well designed and Comfy apartment but WIFI in not existent, in order to use the property WIFI you will have to go to the Lobby area which just have (2) chairs. Alejandro, Domingo and Joel provided great service, Area is not the best and can be dangerous to walk during the night hours.

These apartments in Mexico City are just a 10-minute walk to Av. Paseo de la Reforma and the Angel of Independence. Along the way you pass several restaurants, our favorites being LaChinama for taco’s and Churrería El Moro for dessert. This is just down the street from the American Embassy and a very safe neighborhood. The apartment was very nicely decorated, clean and had a very accommodating staff. If you are looking for a two-bedroom apartment in Mexico City for a couple days, this is the place.

I have a wonderful stay at Mathias Boutique Apartments. Management was extremely communicative my entire stay and the apartment was absolutely stunning. I love the very private patio that wraps around the apartment and the well stocked mini bar and fridge. The front desk was quick to respond to me, the entire staff was wonderful. I will definitely book again with Viadora when I go back to Mexico City in the future. Thank you Erick and staff! :)

This place was amazing! The place was huge and gorgeous. Also, everyone at the front desk was so nice and helpful. No one is allowed in without going through security first so we always felt safe. Also, everything is about a 15-20 minute uber ride away. I highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely Incredible!
This place is not to be missed! The hotel is stunning and you feel as if you’re in your own apartment but much nicer. The terrace is huge and the beds are so very comfortable. The shower is amazing and the service is impeccable. I’d highly recommend this place and I will certainly be back when I’m in Mexico City. Bravo!

It's hard to be critical of the Mathias Boutique Apartments.Everything about my stay was delightful. The pictures were true-to-experience. Everything was clean, comfortable. It was a great place to relax after working on an extended trip - far better than spending 3 week in a hotel. The kitchen was well equipped and had more than just the essentials. I was very pleased. Linens were crisp and clean. The bathrooms were amazing. And, all the staff were very accommodating. I'm looking for any excuse to travel back to Mexico City soon.

We absolutely loved the condo. The elevator takes you directly into the unit, which is super convenient. The interior is spacious and well laid out with lots of windows. The decor is gorgeous...looks like it's straight out of a magazine. The beds are comfortable and water pressure/temp are good. The location is convenient and safe. The staff is wonderful and attentive. We will definitely be staying there on our next visit to Mexico City!
