This hotel is at best a 3* with very poor levels of service. We booked a suite 8 months ago, but when we arrived we were told that it was not available and given a much inferior room that was in a very poor state. I would definitely book at a known brand if visiting Mexico City!!

Property is very noisy. I was woken at 1am to the noise of guests making noise in the hallways and going in and out of the sky suites terrace. I could hear the smash of the door every time a guest or the Butler was bringing them drinks. The hallways also smelt of cigarette smoke. I complained to the front desk 3 times and they did nothing. Finally at 3am I went to the terrace and asked the guests to leave and they did. Hotel staff couldn’t care less about my complaints. I did not manage to get any sleep after that. Another problem is the AC hits right on to your face when sleeping. The sky suite level has been remodeled, rest of the hotel looks tired and worn out.
