Hotel and staff were excellent. My room was quiet despite proximity to busy streets. The attention to details (every encounter with staff, beauty of the inside, room goodies like soap, upkeep of common areas) was noted and appreciated. Will stay again.

The hotel was great the staff was very nice the hotel is right on the edge of a better area even though there are several good restaurants within walking distance if you go five blocks in One direction you're in a very ritzy neighborhood yet the hotel is in a position and neighborhood that looks very run down not the hotel just the neighborhood I would gladly be go there often now that I know the area better I will be traveling there once a month for the next year and a half and I have been at other hotels that were not as nice as this

What a disappointment! Many stays and then it went from 5 stars to one because they essentially over charged me. Mistakes happen and the person at the counter may not be able to handle anomalies, but 3 messages to management that went unanswered shows complete disdain for the customer. Sad, because I liked the hotel, but won't return because overcharging a repeat customer and then wasting my time by ignoring my messages to remedy what happened is just too much to add to my repeats.

First, there was a man at the parking area near to the door and he was not wearing uniform but was part of the personnel and have a weird attitude. The person at the front desk was very annoying, he didn’t speak clear Spanish and when I ask to repeat he was not happy, he was arrogant, make me feel like I was supposed to serve him . The hotel room was outdated but clean, it was hot the IC was not working well, the mattress was too hard and they use a plastic cover that make noises and make you sweat.it looks like the hotel is going through renovations.
The room was clean but outdated, 503 ic was not working right.

The WC was stained with yellow that look quite dirty, it was cleaned the day after. Lights were flicking and making a terrible noise. Jacuzzi was in bad shaped and look so dirty it was not appealing to use it at all.
