Unfortunately, our stay didn’t go as smoothly as we hoped. The internet didn’t work in the bedrooms, so we couldn’t watch TV or get any work done from there. One night, the battery of our room door died and we were locked out until 3am. There was only one person at the front desk and one maintenance worker, and neither seemed to know what to do. It was very frustrating, especially since there’s no visible security at night.
The room was spacious, but the bathroom was small and the water pressure in the shower was extremely low. On top of that, the shower only had a ceiling rain head, which isn’t very practical, especially for women.
Breakfast was okay, but overall, the hotel needs big improvements in service, security, and amenities.
