Beautiful warm comfortable rooms. Was let down by the food in the restaurant. The pasta is forgettable, as was the breakfast. I think they could do much better. The other hotels in the area have far better food options and quality. This was a surprise for such a fine hotel.

This place is excellent and nice views of the city the hotel staff are very nice except for the 3 guys at the vale parking they always had a bad attitude. But that doesn’t take any credit away from the rest of the staff great service and great hotel to stay in.

The place is always great, it has some of the most comfortable beds I’ve seen, and the view is unbeatable. This time I had an issue when returning after hours to my room and the lady in the front desk went above and beyond to help me solve my problem. Can’t beat this kind of service.

Overall, the property it’s good very clean. The beds are very comfortable and very clean, although I noticed that it has a lot of outdated things like TV , a build in radio-in the bathroom that does not work and the shower handle came off.. I think for the price they should really work on upgrading these items

My family and I enjoyed a very pleasant weekend stay at The Paragon Mexico City Santa Fe. The staff was friendly, professional and attentive. They took really good care of us, especially Jorge who helped us both arriving and departing. Property was clean and well maintained. Nice breakfast and gym. Great location close to tons of shopping and dining options. We highly recommend.

Great for business stay

This was my 2nd time staying here. The room was really big and very comfortable. Some staff did not speak English, so I had a bit of a hard time communicating. The sink was cracked, and that was disappointing. This is very far from the center of the city, so if you are looking for place to stay for the sightseeing, choose somewhere closer to the center.

Best view rooms in Santa Fe , Mexico City

Great Room , great location. Just the restaurant and Bar were disappointing , no inventory of Tequilas ( on a menu) no chicken for chilaquiles, or freshly made eggs. just milky ( terrible looking) in A chaffing, boiling. I will go back to stay there everytime , love the rooms and the frontdesk staff, management need to pay attention to it's restaurant ,or close it, and just serve tea and coffee.
