The room is different from the picture which shown in the Expedia. The bed is really thin and the room is really dirty.

Staff are completely nonhonest, i had a reservation for 2 day and i extended one more day and i was promise will be the same rate, and for one additional day they charged me same as 2 day reservation.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. Located near Reforma, within walking distance to La Alameda and the historic downtown area. It is accessibile by metrobus, and other public transportation. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful. Martha, evening restaurant waitstaff, was extremely friendly, helpful and definitely a woman of her word. The arrachero sandwhich was delicious.

Arrived at 1430 not able check in but receptionist offered to keep luggage. Came back at 1530 able to check in room is clean. Staff are friendly.

Una opción para hospedarse en el centro
El hotel se encuentra en muy buena ubicación, a pasos de la Alameda Central y un lugar seguro. El hotel es limpio y seguro, pero deben de mejorar el mantenimiento en general, por ejemplo el teléfono de la habitación no funciona y a pesar de haberlo reportado desde el primer día, nunca lo arreglaron. También deben de mejorar la puerta de la ducha, se sale mucha agua al ducharse y se moja todo el piso del baño. Las toallas ya están viejas, percudidas y manchadas. El personal es amable.

Rooms not cooled properly nor ventilation
This was the second time both myself and my friend stayed here. We had two rooms both times. Our first time there were no issues. But this time the Air Conditioner has been locked into 22° and was not cooling the rooms. Both rooms. The staff were very kind but basically no one is authorized to rectify or correct the situation. Nor is there a superior to talk to. The front desk in both occasions advised there is no maintenance person or superior to speak to because it was evening and a weekend. They were kind but not authorized to help other than apologize and send security guard to press every button.

Air conditioner wasn’t working properly, walls sounded as if water was running all nigh, no sleep, couldn’t call front desk as phone wasn’t working! Very rough couple of nights considering the amount I paid to sleep and didn’t.

Aunque el hotel no tiene estacionamiento propio ahí mismo hay un estacionamiento en una tarifa muy económica por día

I encountered a bilingual staff that was very friendly & always willing to accommodate me. The room was nice & simple, but comfortable. When I first noticed the bed, I was afraid I wouldn’t sleep well on it, but it worked out just fine. Housekeeping was great, & friendly as well. I didn’t try the restaurant or use parking. For any remote workers reading this review, the internet worked perfectly fine & fast at first, but I began having issues & had to switch to my hotspot. I’m not sure if it was a blip, or if the service is just intermittent. My room had hot water the entire stay. The hotel is conveniently located right next door to & across the street from the subway, and very close to the city center. Uber Eats delivered to me without any problems. When I return to the city, I will feel confident booking this location again.
