The place is clean and the staff is really nice. However, unfortunately, the area where it's located is not safe — walking around can be very dangerous. Police vans pass by every 10 minutes, which shows how risky it is. For your own safety, use only Uber, although sometimes the drivers may cancel the ride.

This location was pretty clean compared to the outside of the hotel. Bad location with nothing much i noticed around for travels to do. No ac but a good location in the winter to stay

Okay Stay.

Located within 15 minutes of airport. Walking distance to many food restaurants. Wholesale shops located within a few blocks. Don't expect to get much sleep at night if you in a room facing the street. Street food vendor was open until 5a.m. with loud music. Room needs some updating. Floor panels were lifting. The beds are comfortable. Also no A/C in rooms.

The area where this hotel is located is in the middle of an area that has drug spotters in every corner. The room had no air conditioner and not even a ceiling fan. If you need somewhere to stay near the airport, this is a cheap, clean, spot. But don't go outside after dark and know that there is no AC. Also, the taco restaurant in front of the hotel blasted music til early morning.

Terrible experience, I though that having air conditioning was a basic in any room so I was not checking for that and found out that the room does not have it, not even a fan so it was a nightmare to sleep with the heat wave these days. Other than that well as other reviews it is located in a shady part of the city the only convenience is that is close to the airport but I would prefer to pay more for a better zone and a room with AC.

I've reserved in this property because of the location and the rooms looked very roomy. But there is no elevator, so you have to drag all your luggage through a very narrow steps with no railing to support from! The room had poor lighting that flickered all the time, there was no blanket on the bed, just a couple of sheets, so I was cold at night! The light switches were very far from the bedside as well as the power outlets, there was no night lamp next to the bed, the floors were extremely slippery to the point where I fell after getting out of the shower and smacked my face on the floor, scratch my knee and my elbow! I should press charges for personal injuries! The showerhead was very small and didn't cover my body completely, so it felt very cold to be partly wet. The entire room was big but is not apt for a hotel room settings. My room was windowed to the street but the window was right under the hotel billboard lights, so it was always lit! Just like those cheap motels from movies where the flickering billboard lights were on all night! So I couldn't rest. The breakfast is included but you have to go to their parent hotel ( A few blocks away) to eat. The hotel attendants are not always there, so they have a hotline if you need further assistance. It was a very bad experience overall.

Las instalaciones son limpias y agradables, camas cómodas, ahí me aloje con mi familia para esperar una conexión de vuelo, me dieron una habitación con 2 camas matrimoniales; está a 20 minutos del aeropuerto en Uber, no tienen aire acondicionado pero te proporcionan ventilador. Lo que no me pareció es que mi hija pequeña estaba leyendo la carta del menú y estaban condones y lubricantes y eso no me lo esperaba. Creo que si algunas habitaciones las rentan para fines "recreativos" al menos deberían hacer dos cartas, porque eso crea cierta desconfianza en cuanto a higiene y seguridad. En nuestro caso salimos a las 6:00 am y afuera había un drogadicto pidiendo dinero. Yo solo si me volvería a alojar para esperar un vuelo, pero con mi familia ya no.
