The room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable but wish the pillows were better. Woke up with a sore neck. The air conditioner was very noisy and had to turn it off during the night because it was so noisy.

The room is very clean and made service came every day at the same time we really appreciated that. Only thing that I would suggest would be to upgrade the room with a microwave the coffee pot and a refrigerator other than that it was very clean very comfortable and we enjoyed our state the door man in the night was extremely helpful

Disappointing return visit

Stayed here 8 years ago and the property has noticeably deteriorated. Room was very small, and a bit shabby. Good news was they agreed to let us check out after one night, and refunded the other 4 nights.

Not Great, Not Bad

There were some good and bad with this stay. The good was the location of the hotel to access for tours and the centre. The bad was the WIFI and service in the restaurant. The food took a long time and had to pay extra to get eggs added to the breakfast. The WIFI was not strong and we had to keep switching between the two signals to find one that worked. Turn right when exiting this hotel! If you turn left, especially in the evening, you will see street workers that only come out in the evening looking for a good time!!

Avoid this hotel

Incredibly awful. Staff was nice. Hotel clean. That’s it. So so so so so noisy in the rooms Ac sounds like a jet engine that changes vibrations pitch and volume. Is ANYONE in your half of the hotel shuts their door you will be woken up. Four nights with no sleep. Just brutal.

NOTE! this property is more like an airbnb do not expect hotel services. Everything we asked for was an extra charge DAILY CLEANING is NOT included NO A/C on a 90 degree weather, you get a fan though and hot water takes up to 20 minutes to get to apartment. We let the water run for a while and ended up showering in cold water because we hate to waste it Breakfast is not included we paid for it once but it was not worth the cost. Service was 3/5 I wouldn’t stay here again. Location 5/5 Security of the property 5/5
