This hotel is absolutely perfect for the person or couple looking to just "sleep" somewhere safe. No extra fluff. The hotel and rooms are very clean and minimal. By minimal, I mean very small, just enough to store your things and get clean/rest. There are so many things to see and do at a walking distance, making this hotel SUPER convenient. The front desk was very helpful and helped us with taxis when needed. They do offer breakfast in the mornings. Also to note, there is no A/C, just fans to "cool" the rooms. Overall, it was just what we needed at a fantastic rate. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I wish it would have had AC.

The room to small, no place to place the clothes, breakfast mediocre, I have to ask if they clean the room because was like they didn’t clean it, I will never stay there n that hotel again!!

Centrally located close to all amenities. Small rooms but had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Only one receptionist. Long waiting time to check in. Homeless people sleeping around the entrance. Smells lots like urine in the alley. Location is good. Next to Zocalo. Hard to find since in an alley.

There was no electricity for a whole day and night. They kept saying they were working on it and was not true, they went to fix it until the following day. Only a fan in the room. They were so hot! You had to have a window open for it to be decent but anyone can easily stick their hand or jump in thru those windows. Sketchy location.

Customer service was excellent. Breakfast was tasty. Price was good. The location is right next to the Zocalo but it is located in ally way which attracts homeless and drug addicts. We saw a guy using drugs multiple times. It is not the hotel’s fault, but makes it look unsafe. It gives the hotel an unpleasant vibe.

The property is OK for the price. Rooms are small and functional and the hotel is clean and nicely decorated within and the location is good for the centre, being in Zocala. But the entrance is on a dirty side street and the staff are more interested in their phones than providing customer service. The small elevator takes a long time to come and often goes past your floor without stopping. Breakfast is basic - items run out early. As a vegetarian I had expected eggs to be available, but the 1st morning they ran out an hour before end of breakfast and the 2nd day they had ham in them. However, you get what you pay for so if you are looking for something cheap and pleasant enough then this is fine.

El servicio del desayuno muy mal, no tienen lo necesario a tiempo, las mesas sucias y nada amable la persona que nos dio las indicaciones.

It was so noisy, there was no soundproofing and you can hear the other guests shower, talk, close a door. The room was tiny, literally less than 2 feet between the bed and the walls. I paid 75$ usd per night but the room was worth half that if even.

Super Fabuloso
Super Excelente, mas que fabuloso, pequeños pir menires que creonpueden ser resueltos, la habitacion que me toco 504 muy comoda, pero como lamentablemente esta en el mismo piso dinde sirven el desayuno ,todos los dias de Lunes a Domingo es demasiado el ruido, tanto de los trabajadores que llegan desde las 6 de la mañana a preparar el area, y no hay una puerta que aisle el constante ruido, y no tienes mas opcion que levantarte, el otro asunto que espero tomen tambien cartas en este asunto, es que ya denle una pintadita a las paredes de las habitaciones por lo menos una vez al menos , retocar la pintura, las paredes estan muy sucias, siempre mis cimplementis a Efrain, Rocio y Teresa en la recepcion, y no se duga Juanita siempre muy atenta y servicial, siempre da la milla extra en su maravilloso servicio de atencion de recamaras

This property is located in the heart of Mexico. A few steps away from the Zócalo and within a walking distance from malls, restaurants, shopping stores and the Palacio of Bellas Artes. The property is well maintained, the staff is always looking for help. If you get early they store your luggage till checking time. The room is cozy, basic with a fan no A/C. Shower with hot and cold water and two free bottles of water. Breakfast included-good, continental breakfast. For a couple of days stay this hotel will be sufficient for a couple, I went there single and it worked for me.

there was extreme loud noise at night, noise coming from the hotel itself. Loud music, loud tv, people singing past midnight… hotel staff was part of the noise. Now bathroom has a very bad smell. No ventilation and since room was very small, we had to keep doors opened to try to get some fresh air and try to eliminate the bad odors coming there.

I’m very disappointed with staff. I had to use a jacket as a pillow because the pillows were very thin and hurt my neck. I left my jacket and when calling about it they said they did not find it. I know this is not true. I even left a tip for the maid, just for her to steal my green fleece jacket. Shame

The rooms are a bit small, especially the bathrooms. The cleanliness could have been better, i had other peoples hair stuck to the bottom of my socks and shoes. If you get phone calls, they can't transfer your calls. So I suggest getting a phone to use in Mexico if you have to stay here on business. Its a bit noisy here, so if you're on vacation, don't expect to sleep in or have quiet during the night. They would play music early in the morning and there would be a lot of noise from people (drunk)at night, so expect to go to bed late and be woken up early. The staff were friendly and helpful for any needs within their abilities.

Great small place to stay. Spent most of the day out and about, and super helpful and friendly staff answering questions and making good recommendations. Only discomfort was no a/c, but again staff came through with searching for a fan when requested and bringing it to my room, and breakfasts was simple and delicious.
