It was all good, all the staff people are friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well located (near Angel de la Independencia monument), and it is very convenient to commute from there to anywhere you'd like to go (convenience stores, cafés, taco places, restaurants, bars, etc.). There is no AC, but there is a fan in the rooms. The price is good for the amenities and the service you get + if you don't want to get ripped off by big Hotel chains, this is one of the best options in the area.

Staff was great, but not the hotel. I've never stayed at a hostel, but my guess is a hostel would give you a better experience. The room was hot and muggy. There was no ability to open the window to let fresh air in. They only provided a Walmart cheap version of ONE dirty fan. They also give you ONE small bar of soap, shampoo and two body towels for a shower. Nothing else. The room was plain, small and nothing really special. It seems that broken or nonfunctial things, like a broken sink, weren't a priority. I'll never again stay there. The area was awesome, though. Everything was close to the hotel.

Clean room , shops nearby , my only complaint was a that the hotel shows that it is 3 minutes walking to the US Embassy and that was the main reason I booked it, my surprise was that is 3 minutes walking to the old location of the Embassy. They need to up date the information they are posting in its advertising in Expedia.

The property needs a lot more in amenities: 1. no had towel, no hook for the hand towel, No towel for the bathroom floor. 2. the shower hasn't been clean for a long time-the shower flow is very uneven- needs to be cleaned. 3. Towels from the front desk looks grey

It's a cheat hotel, so I didn't expect luxury. I am okay with old furniture and por decoration, but I am not okay with the musty smell in the bathroom. The sheets were also stained. The hotel is at a convenient location, but I don't think I would stay again.
