Each visit feels like coming home, thanks to the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by everyone here. From the reception Eliseo and Raul to the restaurant team German and Felix and the housekeeping Aaron, the first service is consistently excellent.

Lo clasificaría como "un hotel a la vieja escuela", necesitan actualizarse en cuando a experiencia hacia el viajero. Es tedioso, soso y aburrido. Los cuartos son muy pequeños. Las camas y las almohadas muy incómodas. No consideran un espacio para niños, tener niños dentro del hotel lo hace complejo no hay nada especial planeado para ellos. La alberca está muy pequeña para la dimensión del hotel, además de que el agua es fría. Deberían tener smart tv para poder proyectar desde el celular. Solo tienen cable convencional.

Because the hotel is located behind a busy street the traffic is very minimal and quiet. Yes there could be some construction but overall it was a serene place. The rooms were one of the cleanest I've been in and they seem updated as well. The staff are very nice and offer great advice. The location is close by to museums and the arrivals market. I personally walked to these but the bus is right there too. A wonderful experience and I know I will come back here again. Muchas gracias a todos en el hotel.

Slipped pretty hard in the shower and bruised my leg and back, the floor is very slick especially when wet. The food is edible but not very flavorful. One order of room service for lattes and chocolate milk for the kids the milk was spoiled and sour, which they corrected as soon as we brought it to their attention. I feel like there are other hotels for less money with better location. Our room was facing a direct demolition, and the entire stay they were bulldozing and remodeling the entrance to the hotel so during the day it was very noisy in the lobby which we heard all the way outside on the roof lounging in the hammock. The ladies at the front desk are professional but very cold, not friendly nor welcoming. Just task driven, which is ok with me but can come off as rude to some. I did appreciate that they cleaned the room everyday of our entire 7 night stay. The pool is very small, again, you can find nicer hotels for same amount of money; or even less, with better food, views and amenities. Will not be coming back but it was acceptable for 1st time visiting MX city.
