The hotel is general good and clean. It provides a free breakfast with diverse options. However it has limitations which make the stay not completely pleasant. For example, lighting in the room is very poor, no hand towels are provided. The hotel provided only one small bottle of water to be shared by two people, not one bottle per person. The second night they only give us one bath towel. The room glass windows are very dirty. Advantages: there are several convenience stores and fast food restaurants at walking distance. Ubers are readily available. There is mega shopping plaza at a five minutes Uber’s ride.

El restaurante cierra a las 9pm, los contactos están sobre las lamparas y si no está prendida la lámpara no funciona. Había mosquitos en el cuarto

The room was quite big, it was clean and although it shows the years of age, it is still good quality. I liked that it included breakfast, which was decent amount and variety. Location is not the greatest if you dont have a car, but if you do, then it is very good. Overall a really good experience.

I frequently stay at this hotel and haven’t had any big issues by far. However, this time, wi-fi didn’t work well, and the heater was broken, so I had to change my room. It was still cold at room, though. I hope my stay at this hotel would be better next time.

Comfortable stay in an amazing location
All what comfortable and clean overall. I would recommend to all. It’s located in Santa Fe which is a nice modern safe are of Mexico City. Extra bonus is that they have “taquearte” right by the Lobby, I really liked the food there

quality of service was great and staff was friendly. hotel location was excellent and cleanliness was good. however, staff was not able to communicate even little bit in english. wifi service was good in general but needs to little bit more strong. air conditioning was very noisy.

Best Money for Mexico City Santa Fe area
Very nice hotel, looks recent, rooms are very ample, lots of natural light. Excellent location, with lots of restaurants and good ones at walking distance. If you are going to Santa Fe, and want to save few bucks, this is the place.
