It was very cold in the evening and the room does not have a heating system. You could ask for a room heater or a blanket. I'm not a fan of yoom heaters so I chose to sleep with a jacket on.

The hotel personnel EXCEEDINGLY friendly and accommodating. Because of a misunderstanding at the time of arrival (I thought Expedia had charged my credit card, which apparently it had not) the front desk offered an upgrade us to a suite (gorgeous) which unfortunately we could not take because my wife has mobility problems. One thing that was not satisfactory is that the linens were very, very, tired. The last night of our stay one of the towels was literally in shreds. Notified the front desk at check-out

Not what you expect from a prestigious chain.
Pros: Good location, ok breakfast. Cons: Slow check in, almost 1 hour to check in. Shower door missing, bathroom got all wet. Sink clogs. Cheap motel quality towels and sheets. Not what you expect from such a prestigious chain.

El personal muy atento hicieron el check in y check out muy ágil. Lo unico es que el aire no funcionaba como se debe y las toallas estaban demasiado percudidas y viejas.

Garden Inn is actually closed.
The Hilton Garden Inn was not even open. The hotel is totally closed. When we arrived we were told the we are staying at the Double Tree property next door. This was not the hotel we booked and paid for.

The rooms were nice and all COVID-19 protocols were followed. I have stayed at many hotels and I am very particular about the bed, pillows, and sheets. I was pleasantly surprised! The bed was comfortable, the pillows were squishy yet supportive, and the sheets were super soft. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The A/C did not work in my room and maintenance immediately went to attempt to repair it. When it couldn't be fixed, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I got a different room and I was comfortable. The only downside was their restaurant. We had breakfast and it was lackluster. Also, ice was very hard to come across. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. I will definitely consider staying here again in the future.
