Got there after a long flight, had to wait for almost an hour for the shuttle, front desk took 30 minutes to check us in , didn’t even look at us and just put the key on the counter and yelled the room number, did not get the VIP Expedia benefit , there were no towels in the room and took 5 calls and 1 hour to get them , same with pillows, on check out the front desk lady didn’t even respond to us just took the key and turned around, there was no language barrier as we speak Spanish, they are just really rude
