No camera on he hallway . The hotel supposed to have more responsibilities for the safety of the quests . This incident happened only 1 day before checked out

no me gusto las sabanas de la cama estan muy viejas y las almohadas muy feas. el aire no servia muy bien lo unico bueno fue que esta limpio el hotel.
Steph, very friendly places clean they have a restaurant on site and a bar that seem to be closed every day. I’ve never seen it open the main Avenue when you come out to the street. There’s some weird smells there. I’m guessing as the sewer system. But overall, everything is within walking distance not a bad place. I would’ve liked the street level view. I had to save the building at all, but maybe next time. Two thumbs up
We had a nice stay at the Exe Alameda Reforma. As others have mentioned, the staff is extremely nice. We stayed in the Presidential Suite which has a really nice area to relax (a sort of sunroom with lots of plants and jacuzzi)
I could sleep one day because in the meeting room of downstairs of my room they had a party, was so terrible, too loud till 3am, was crazy, we could feel the vibrations of the music, I requested to frontdesk change the room, but they dont do nathing about ir, and just they dont care the issue. So disappointed about the hotel.
Everything is really closed! You can walk to eat, walk to zocalo, walk to angel de la independencia, or take an Uber wherever you want to go. It’s a tacos place 2 blocks down from the second exit door, it’s not a restaurant but it’s a carrito in front of Barceló hotel but they are super delicious!!!!
The housekeeping staff was wonderful but the front desk personel were awful treated my family really bad they have no people skills very rude and treat people with upmost disrespect.
Súper bien
Muy céntrico las instalaciones muy limpias, alberca climatizada, todo el staff súper amable y el desayuno delicioso
Muy agradable estadia
Ninguna queja
Nice area, you can walk to zócalo and palacio de bellas artes!!! The buffet breakfast is the best!!! Everything is really close to the hotel!! And the customer service super nice!!
I was disappointed the jacuzzi was super cold in the room the phone didn’t work the mini bar was missing and the safe as well was missing they were short of towels so they didn’t leave the one you used on the floor so was very dangerous get out the shower so I was very disappointed I didn’t think I will recommend this hotel to anyone , sorry to the employees because they work hard
Within walking distance of tourist attractions such as Bella Artes, tons of food trucks nearby with tasty tacos and local mexican food at an affordable price. Accessible to metro and train stations
My room had a window which faced some back ally, it was so noisy I could hear my neighbours conversation, four star hotel in a country that’s hot without aircon is a joke. The pillows were paper thin, the rooms were unpleasant. Staff were nice though
