The service was dismal .requested a room with a view and got a tiny shabby room too small for two people. Then requested a room that looked like in the Expedia picture. That room was larger but with the view of a wall. Rooms looked old and dingy . Had to have the door passkey to room reprogrammed six different times. Requested face clothes for the room and then clean towels. Nothing. Air conditioning performed badly and very noisy with bad air in the room. It was so bad I canceled my future reservation and booked a room thru Expedia in a much better hotel even though it cost me a lot more. Would never stay at the Emporio again. An overall terrible experience.

Nos quedamos 5 dias en el hotel. Para el turista la ubicación del hotel es muy buen, las condiciones del hotel son buenas pero hay algunos detalles que pueden mejorara. Lo que lo hace excelente es las personas que trabajan alli, son muy amables.
