My only issue is about room size, rooms are small but cozy, (Sophia our house keeper was above and beyond, 10stars for her), restaurante servers were outstanding, no complaints, excellent food and drinks, thanks to all staff our stay was nice.

I love this hotel, is located in the heart of the most famous avenue Reforma, the rooms are small, but I like them, very clean and comfortable that is the most important thing for me. I’ll recommend this hotel for everyone. You have everything close and you can walk from the hotel to see the zocalo, Bella’s artes, monumento de la revolución, Chapultepec, all the museos around, restaurants, malls, movies theaters, Mercado de artesanías, etc, etc, etc.

Staff was welcoming from the beginning even offering options of transportation and tours. Location was convenient to explore historical landmarks like the Chapultepec Castle (about 30 min walk); Angel de la Independencia, Zocalo, Bellas Artes. Also close to public transportation. I discovered this hotel some 8 years ago and I keep going back to it every time I'm in Mexico City. Not only does it have a great location, but breakfast is servered till noon! I absolutely love that!

Very good located property, unless an event is going on around which is not uncommon or infrequent. The staff was courteous and friendly. I arrived at the hotel around 2 am because of my late flight. The main door was closed and i was explained it was because of safety measures. It woudl very helpful to know this since your reservation is completed.

The Emporio Hotel it is fine, but the double bed room is really tiny. Literally, when you get out of bed you are already in the restroom, the closet is super small and you can’t hung a dress because there’s not room for. I was expecting a queen bed but they don’t have queen beds, just double beds or king, but to switch for a king bed was more expensive. The lobby and the facade are beautiful but the rest of the hotel is old and dark. The staff is very friendly and the treat the guests very well.

The service food and drinks were spot on !!!! It’s in a good area the only complaint I would have is the tub wouldn’t hold the water to use the jets and I paid a lil extra for city view and it was not city view at all but the food is delicious here
