The room was clean. Reception was great Denis and Andy were great. I will definitely come back to this hotel. The only issue I had was with the restaurant service. It was bad. I understand that it’s a busy place, but the waitress never came over to take our food order, so we paid for our drinks, and left.

Los dos días que estuvimos no pudimos disfrutar de la alberca, ya que había una fiesta “privada”. Aunque podían pasar los huespedes el ambiente era sumamente desagradable. Esa misma noche al terminar la fiesta hubo un grupo que la siguió en el bar del hotel, y seguian en traje de baño y sin playera, lo cual me parece algo incomodo para los demas huespedes en esta area del hotel. Las habitaciones son muy lindas, sin embargo las almohadas ya se sienten viejas, desgastadas y nada cómodas. El desayuno es bastante caro para la calidad

Todos son muy amables desde recibir tu auto ayudarte con el equipaje en recepción todo el personal el servicio de room service quisiera recordar todos los nombres pero de verdad les agradezco que en todo momento nos hicieran sentir cómodas viaje con mis dos hijas y nuestra perrita de talla grande, nos proporcionaron una cama platos y unas galleras deliciosas de bienvenida 🤗, solo nos quedamos una noche pero estuvimos muy cómodas, lo único que quiero señalar es que la temperatura de la alberca el sábado a las 5 de la tarde que fue cuando bajamos a nadar no era de 28 grados como lo indicaban, a lo mucho estaba a 19 y para los niños es muy fría, si dice alberca climatizada deben asegurarse que se mantenga a una temperatura constante, la mayoría de las personas que viajamos con niños lo agradeceremos bastante 😊
en las áreas comunes no está permitido a menos que permanezca en el kennel en todo momento sin ladrar o perturbar la paz de los demas
mi perrita está entrenada por esa razón puede acompañarme pero no llevaría a un perro sin entrenamiento básico de obediencia

El desayuno no era gratuito y pedía la carta, lo cual fue discriminatorio y me atendieron muy mal. No es la primera vez que me hospedo en este hotel, es de mis preferidos, sin embargo, en esta ocasión me dieron una habitación vieja y descuidada. Estaba con el clima, todo el tiempo encendido helado, iba con mi hijo un niño de cuatro años tuvimos que pedir cobertores y un calentador, el cual, por cierto no funcionó. Elegimos este hotel por su alberca, templada y techada, en esta ocasión, además de qué el área de la piscina estaba en completo descuido, el agua helada, me comuniqué con el área de mantenimiento para pedirles que encendiera en la caldera y pudiéramos disfrutar y me dijeron que se iba a tardar en calentar y que pues no había Condiciones. Es una lástima porque en verdad este hotel siempre había tenido buen desempeño sin embargo ahora ha venido en picada y en completo descuido por parte del personal y de sus cabezas. Ojalá se apliquen, se pongan las pilas y mejoren pronto porque si no va a ser una lástima!

We had a great stay! The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious, and it was nice and quiet. Room service was excellent, and I was able to book a same-day facial appointment. While the pool area could use some cosmetic updates, it didn’t affect how much we enjoyed our stay. The Jamaica margaritas were absolutely delicious.
