This could have been 5 stars. Hotel is clean, staff is attentive and breakfast was good. However, half way through the stay they asked us to move to another room because they were planning to do maintenance to the floor where we were on. When asked why did they put us in that room in the first place if maintenance was planned. They couldn't answer. I asked them to wait until we checked out but they refused. Obviously an inconvenience for us that the hotel could have avoided if they planned ahead. Shame because it could have been a very nice stay.

Terrible parking system! Is not easy to get out and very difficult to get in! Staff are not great! Buffet for breakfast is terrible!

Terrible planning for painting an elevator area
The hotel was painting the elevators in the parking lot, the strong smell of thinner move towards the room, we were in the second floor and it was awful. We asked for refund and they said they could not do it because it was reserved through hotels.com. They offered another room but the whole building had the smell and it was terrible.

Lobby is not immediately evident. Lots of good security. Helpful people, room was more than adequate for my husband's needs since he was at a conference both days and just needed a good clean safe place to sleep

Amazing hotel. Only problem is the location.
Amazing hotel, great service, nice breakfast, and clean. The only problem is the location. Very Far from Mexico City. 30-minute cab to the city, The surrounding area is also not good, but the hotel itself and staff are excellent.
