Nice room, fast check in. Good location in Condesa, easy to walk to many restaurants and bars. Room was nice, but a little noisy as you hear a lot of street noise. Breakfast was ok, good enough to get your day going.

We enjoyed the location and surrounding restaurants. I would recommend asking for a room with a view. When we stayed a local farms market was at the feet of the doorstep with fresh squeezed fruits drinks and Mexico’s delicious foods.

Pros: - Available and kind staff that go beyond - Great location - Property is clean and the breakfast was different each day so there is variety Cons: - The light from the A/C unit cannot be turned off so from the layout of the room it was in my line of vision while I slept :( - The bed is weird, it is short but wide and it’s also extremely firm

this is a lovely small hotel in a terrific area in Mexico City. Large room, comfortable beds and pillows. I appreciated that the staff purchased gluten-free bread and almond milk for me so that I could enjoy breakfast.

This is a very nice little hotel, in a perfect Condesa, Hippodromo location. Very nice staff, and it comes with breakfast! They supply drinking water too, which I appreciate in Mexico City. The bathroom was spacious, there was hot water, and everything was so clean.

The hotel is in a very central location and very walkable. We didn't have air conditioning and it was pretty hot. I also noticed the doors were very thin and the hotel needed some maintenance and remodel. The breakfast that was included was just okay but we opted to find a nice pace for breakfast down the street. Staff was very friendly.

It is a nice hotel, in a great neighborhood. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants nearby and close to parks. The room was large and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the terrace bar, it is not a rooftop bar but it was open and had nice views. Enjoyed the free breakfast. I felt well taken care of.

First of all staff was very kind. The room was spacious and the breakfast was good for what you pay. BUT... The sliding Windows/doors in the room are so poorly done that they don't close at all (1 inch plus gap on both sides) and it's like having your window open the entire night and you can hear EVERYTHING from the street. It's such a shame because this place has so much potential and they do most things well.

The staff was very friendly and the room was cute. My only complaint is that the room was very hot, sometimes like a sauna. They did provide me with a portable AC unit when we asked for a fan, but the unit was VERY loud and not very efficient. Overall, this was a nice place to stay.

The room was great and the shower pressure was.fantastic. Housekeeping did a fine job. The breakfast buffet was not good. It appeaed that the hot items had no steron so the eggs, pancakes, and bacon were all room temperature. Coffee was undrinkable. fortunately the neighbohood has lots of great cafes and restaurants. One night at 3am and couple returning to their room next to mine was having a loud fight that included a lot of screaming, slammed doors and banging on walls. The security guard who was one flight down did not intervene. The fight lasted more than 45 minutes. When I reported this the following morning I was advised that the couple had now checked out. This response left me concerned that the hotel did not take its security responsibilities seriously. I will not be returning.
