Great location and large with with a huge private wraparound terrace. The sleep sofa was small and not very comfortable but the king bed was perfect.

We were only at this hotel for one night but that was enough to make me want to book it again in the future! It was so clean and spacious and our room had a super cute patio area. The location could not be more perfect. I will definitely book again for my next CDMX trip!

This hybrid hotel well located in Condessa. The room we had was spacious and clean. Andrea was very helpful. The Starbucks attached was convenient not only for coffee but sandwiches etc. Many restaurants and parks close by. The jacarandas were blooming in Condessa which was lovely. The only thing is the towels were falling apart. Others have also mentioned this in their reviews, so they need to do something about them

nice little big place... rooms are generous with amenities like kitchen and fridge. there is a Starbucks on site which, in a pinch, is convenient, although there are a lot (A LOT) of great places to have coffee and breakfast around. close to a broad range of restaurants, parks, taco stands, ice cream shops, etc. the terrance, tho... what a jewel. a nice and quiet place of respite.

I was so impressed and happy with my stay here! Not only is the property safe, beautiful, and easily accesible, the service from the property manager Andrea was above and beyond. Will definitely be booking here in the future. So convenient to have a Starbucks in there too! Loved the unit… so clean and modern and even has a complimentary bottle of wine!

Property was very unique and very stylish with the decor. I liked the extra living space in my room with sofa, chars and a breakfast counter. Rooftop patio was nice area to chill. No restaurant but Starbucks was right onsite!

Stayed here with friends in the executive suites in 2019. For this return visit, with another couple, we booked two suites last October. I later corresponded with the hotel, requesting the best possible rooms, upper floor. It was therefore extremely disappointing to be shown to a dark, stuffy main floor room with no windows and no AC. When we asked to be moved, as my husband was concerned about his asthma, Andrea insisted that there were no other rooms available and that the hotel does not offer AC. We considered finding other accommodation, although our friends were already installed in their perfectly acceptable room on the 2nd floor. Then somehow she found us a nice suite on the 2nd floor, near our friends, with windows and AC, like the one we'd had previously. As repeat customers, we were upset at being treated like this. There were also some small issues, such as the room not being cleaned till very late in the day, when we wanted to rest. We skipped the housekeeping, but when I went downstairs to request replacement toilet paper, I was told I was entitled to only one roll (but given two just this one time--and not replaced the next day). The towels are very shabby, and we were not happy that WiFi cut out at 10 AM on our departure day, even though checkout was at 11. Apart from these shortcomings, and especially the miserable check-in experience, the hotel is comfortable, convenient and good value.

Very comfortable place to stay. The room was quite large and had a kitchen. Plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans. The bed was great and the bathroom really nice! Comfortabe and attractive furniture. The security guard that let me in was very kind to show me to my room and how to use the keypad. A plus was a Starbucks right on site. The neighborhood is beautiful

Beautiful property in excellent area. Especially loved the large windows and the two sets of shades (regular and room-darkening) that allowed us to sleep in. The rooms were not particularly noise-proof yet it was exceptionally quiet at night. Great shower pressure and bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again!

I really enjoyed my stay. Hotel staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. Security guard always at the lobby. Area is beautiful! Safe! Many restaurants nearby within walking distance. Atmosphere of the Condesa area is unbelievably beautiful. My only issue was non-functioning A/C unit.

This is our third time staying at the property and it is great! The location is prime and it’s very easy to get in and out. The room layouts are good! However, every time we’ve stayed there, there’s an issue that is not properly communicated until you get there and question it. This time was no AC available, only super noisy floor fans. Last time, there was no hot water. Overall, it’s a good stay! Management is friendly and welcoming.

The hotel room and grounds were nice. However, the security gates were both unlocked our entire stay which made us feel unsafe. Additionally, the air conditioning units were not working and they only provided us one small fan.

Nice apartment hotel. Had all the kitchen things you would need but why when there are so many great restaurants in Mexico city. Comfy bed and nice shower. Security guard in the lobby was friendly and helpful. Starbucks there also.

AR 218 is an excellent location, right in the midst of things in Condesa and easily walkable to Roma Norte etc. Having a small kitchen was great. Totally recommend for anyone staying more than a few days in CDMX.

The perfect accommodation in CDMX!
I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend ULIV and the AR218 hotel to anyone traveling to CDMX. The location was perfect and the staff couldn’t have been more professional or accommodating (thank you, Andrea!!). The room was wonderful – perfectly clean and super quiet, excellent layout with plenty of room, an incredibly comfortable bed, a kitchenette set up with all necessary wares, large bathroom with plenty of towels and an excellent shower. The rooftop patio was an added bonus!! Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

The location is excellent. Close to good restaurants, coffee houses, boutiques. There are small issues that are inconvenient for a traveler. You’ll need to review the room and then track down a hair dryer, enough towels if there’s more than 2 of you in the room, toilet paper and tissues. It also pretty noisy with people walking on the metal stairs in the wee hours and patrons with barking dogs as well.
