If you are looking for a generous, high-energy resort that truly cares about its guests, this is it. Above and Beyond Service Our stay was significantly enhanced by our concierge, Andrea. She was absolutely wonderful—answering every question we had and handling all our activity recommendations and bookings with ease. The highlight for our family was when she went out of her way to set up an ad hoc scavenger hunt for our children. It’s those personal touches that make a vacation memorable! A Dream for Kids (and Parents!) The Kids Club here is easily one of the best we’ve encountered. A massive thank you to Zaida, Pao, Ashley, Sonia, Jacky, and Fabi—our children truly loved every one of them. The club provides a clear schedule of events, making it easy to pick and choose activities. What impressed us most was how the staff kept our 9-year-old fully engaged while simultaneously modifying activities so our 4-year-old could participate right alongside the "big kids." It made for a very inclusive and happy experience for both. From chilaquiles, omelettes, menudo, yogurts and pastries. You name it this restaurant has it. They have so much food to choose from. The service is great!"

It is very confusing to navigate into what's included and what is not included in this "all inclusive" resort where every little upgrade for food item is extra (if you want your dinner with meat or seafood, be prepared to pay very high pricing. Not a great feeling after paying over 400 per night for the resort)."
