"I have stayed in many hotels in Mexicali, but none like Hotel Lucerna. It's a magical hotel where the customer service goes beyond exceptional. The rooms are always clean and welcoming. The pools are just the right temperature and you can spend hours there. Then the restaurants have the best food and best quality. Overall, its the only hotel I wish to stay at."

"The room I had was ground level but very quiet. The TV had ample movie and viewing options. A/C was also very quiet (mini split). I love being able to use the pool at this motel; very convenient and relatively private. Staff are friendly and helpful and they offer complimentary shuttle service."
