「Immeuble datant d'1 an avec de beaux matériaux mais pas entretenu. Les communs sont très sales et il y a un manque d'entretien dans les appartements. Aussi, pas de personnel d'accueil et nous avons passé 1h dehors à appeler pour avoir les codes d'accès non reçus par mail. Malgré tout, séjour correct.」

「Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 4 personnes, elle était très spacieuse, très propre et surtout très calme. Je recommande 」

「The apartment was beautiful and clean although the floor and walls could use a good scrubbing. Everything is very modern and well situated. Check in was a little difficult with the technology, but we got help via cell phone. Next day was a holiday so no one on-site. We missed our train and arrived after Jerome was off. The bathroom door was stuck open (apt 1.2) so for 4 women it was a little problem. It was fixed on Friday. 」

「The code for entrence wasn't provided beforehand. The day of I contracted the property owner via chat to ask for the code so I would have it when I arrived at 16h. I asked them twice but they didn't respond. I called them and after 20 minutes they could provide me the code. The property itself is clean and has everything for one night stay. The sad part was that the roll curtains didn't work so we couldn't darken the room and woke up really early because of that 」

「The apartment is in a very central location. A two minute wall to the main train station and also a lot of decent restaurants. It was very expensive and not that much higher then a standard size hotel room. It was very clean and had a great bathroom - they came and cleaned every day which was great. However, it’s road facing and I got the one on the first floor. So I heard the traffic and people throughout the night. Also the WiFi was terrible. Was not great particularly as I needed to have...

「The apartment is located in downtown Luxembourg City where there are many shops and restaurants within a short walking distance and city tram and bus stops right outside the building for convenient access to anywhere else we wanted to go. It is a 10 minute tram ride to the central train station and a 30 minute bus ride to the airport. The apartment had everything we needed and was a perfect fit for our family of four. I would definitely stay here again, if we return to Luxembourg.」

「The management for the apartment is not good. To do check-in, you need to find the proper people to give you the key. This proper people can't be reached by either the email or phone number they provided. It took me 4 hours just to get check-in.」

「Came to finalize Luxembourg citizenship. Was a great location with easy access to tram and bus lines」

「I had a great stay. The room was in an annexe rather than in the main body of the hotel. It was a small room but ideal for a solo traveller like myself. It was very quiet, clean with the room being cleaned on a daily basis. Could have done with a fridge in the room and the breakfast at 20€ seems overpriced. Overall though a great place. 」
