"What a special place. In the heart of the restaurants, steps to the lake walkway. We stayed in the magical loft and loved its layout and charm. Little details add up to a large win as guests. The owner was soooooo nice and welcoming, treated us like family. The bed was oh so comfortable, the sheets and towels soft. Enjoyed spending evening sitting in courtyard enjoying the sound of birds and city life."

"The apartment is very nice but some issues made our stay not excellent: 1. The owner's communication was bad for the first 2 days. He sent us an email with instructions but there was no phone number to communicate so when we replied with some questions ( like what is the wifi password, it took him more than24 hrs to answer) 2. "Great pool. Excellent service. Beautiful grounds. Nice rooms. Excellent choice. One suggestion: The parking could be better signed/explained. One wish: The pool closes at 700. We visited during summer and it was daylight. With such a lovely pool, I would have appreciated a closing time of 8pm, so kids could play longer. "

"Geirge, the proprietor was great from the first moment we entered, welcoming us, sharing details about the hotel, local eateries, places to visit, and over all very friendly and hospitable. The room was wonderful, comfortable, great views, and very clean. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful! The facilities, sauna, jacuzzi, hottub, pool, available, clean and well cared for, great way to relax, and unwind."

"Inexpensive hotel right in the heart of Ioannina. The PLUS is they have their own private parking lot— worth the $ right there. Good signage directing you as well. Lady at front desk was so friendly and helpful. Elevator/ lift is very small, so could be a problem if there were lots of people waiting. Nice lighting in room. Windows had a metal pull-down shade as well as curtains— nice blackout for those that like that."
