"The room was very clean & comfortable a bit smaller than expected tho, nice view the Xmas market was just being set up outside. Staff very professional & polite. Hotel in perfect location would defiantly go again 👍 "

"Warm welcome from the check in staff. Fast check in. Had buffet dinner which was excellent value for money. Breakfast was very good - plenty of choice and good quality food. Room was a little dated but perfectly adequate. Mattress was a little springy but not uncomfortably so. Found all staff friendly and helpful. All in all a pleasant stay."

"Good location but can be noisy at the weekends. Close to lots of shops including a 24 hour one a few mins walk away. About a 10 minute walk to Liverpool one and Tesco express. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area."
