「Tive problemas inicias na acomodação que foram muito bem geridos pela equipe do hotel posteriormente. O lugar é diferente de um hotel comum....a disposição dos quartos e áreas comuns se parece mais com uma grande casa de família do que propriamente com um hotel. Os quartos são limpos e confortáveis. O fato de não haver ar condicionado e frigobar prejudica um pouco a estadia. O café da manhã é pequeno, mas já pude perceber que isso é uma "cultura" nos hoteis do Chile. O fato de ter bicicleta...

「Great staff, very clean and nice property, i would have rated 4/5 for pioneer rooms being a bit smaller in size and the hotel did not provide any dental or amenities kit. But the anstronomy experience and the swimming pool more than makes up for the smaller things. Keep it going guys, i would definitely visit again for a longer time」

「We had a very good stay. They are very accommodating and efficient. Location is good, close enough to the main st but far enough from the noises. Only thing is there’s no AC which might be typical for the region. They give you a fan which solves the issue. Overall, it’s very good . 」
