I really enjoyed having the pool and beach to sit and look at and the views where breathtaking and it was quiet and peaceful. The room balcony and the shuttle bus to Sorrento really made me happy.

The room was super clean, a little bit dated but it added to the charm. The breakfast was superb and the staff were super friendly and attentive. We had a room with the ocean view and what a view it was! Seeing the sunset from the balcony is just next level. I'd say the improvement they could make would be to have a better mattress but I'm just being picky

Amazing property with great sunsets, the staff was amazing, will be staying there again. They offered a free shuttle to Sorrento every day with pick up which was amazing.

The hotel itself was in a great location slightly away from downtown sorrento but they offered free shuttles throughout the day. Parking included and breakfast was also perfect. I did find a local mini mart approx 12 min uphill walk away. Facility is nice but the rooms need attention. Our shower wouldn’t drain and leaked onto slick tile floor. We told front desk first day about it and they wrote a note but never addressed the issue so every time we showered it either had to be quick our the floor would get soaked. Wish they would have done something about it but otherwise good place to stay.

Open balcony on the morning and enjoy sounds of waves 🌊 So far best hotel of our trip! Sunsets… water is so wild and clear! Our room have jacuzzi with ocean view that we really enjoyed. ( and who complained about bad rooms you need to choose room when you booked!) another room has amazing balcony with ocean view and seahorse decor. Breakfast was outstanding with salmon and plenty mozzarella and tomatoes. So many sweets options for our little one. Pool is also good bonus with plenty of balloons and toys. Location is fantastic and very close to Sorrento and good restaurants. Can’t wait to come back next year!

When booking this hotel, please note it is an individual, traditional Italian hotel with lots of beautiful marble, mosaic and a lovely art deco feel. Our room with an incredible sea view again had traditional tiles, wood carvings and marble based on a nautical theme. The dining room, bars and outside areas are more modern and spotlessly clean, shout outs to the lifeguards who were great and Valentino behind bar who was really polite. In fairness, all the staff here are a credit. The location of the hotel is perfect with beautiful views over the Bay of Naples and lots of little eateries that are so good, particularly in the evening, spectacular sunsets. Thoroughly recommend, well done guys.

I’ll start by saying I accept that not all hotels are luxurious, and I have stayed at all types. This hotel is just shocking false advertising. The 1st floor with dining room and pool area has been remodeled, but the rest of the hotel was clearly nice and opulent in it’s time, but is now falling apart and haphazardly repaired here and there. Our room smelled musty, we felt every spring in the bed, pillows were flat. The area around the hotel was sketchy but we had no issues. Beach was packed and dirty. Parking was in a gated parking lot filled with garbage. The positive: Bar staff was great.

This was a romantic location reminiscent of the titanic. It is designed to feel like a ship. Friendly staff. Gorgeous location. Quiet. Luxurious. Pool and beach access. Hot tub was wonderful and near the balcony. We could hear the waves as we slept. Only thing I would mention is there isn’t a ton to do within walking distance. So it’s a good place if you have transportation or want quiet.

Never going back

No 1, not sure why it’s listed as a 4 star hotel, also not sure where to begin, the piles of garbage in the parking lot, the dirty towels in my room, the missing sheets on the bed, the rust on the elevators, or the mold on the bathroom ceiling… I can go on and on on all the imperfections I’ve found here. The only thing this hotel has to offer is the staff, and an amazing view. Other than that, if you’re expecting 4 stars do not go here!

Molded room at premium price

Do not book unless you want to pay premium price for a molded room. The hotel has a beautiful location and friendly staff, however when entering the room late at night we noticed a bad smell, that we next morning was due to bad mold over the bed and in the bathroom. We asked for another room, which we had but not until the day after. We asked for compensation due the health hazard we had exposed to, the inconvenience of having to change room (with the clothes damp from the first packed in the suitcase for whole day), and a second room that in several ways was less attractive than the first room we had. We were given a free dinnerbuffet, which we appreciated, however we didn’t feel that in any way adequately compensated for the situation. I tried several times to get in contact with the manager, without any luck and my emails to the manager remain unanswered. I’m shocked that a hotel manager of any hotel, let alone 4-star hotel, is non-responsive to a complaint like ours - especially as I informed the manager and staff, that my travel companion has severe astma.
