「The hotel looks very stylish and great it’s seconds from the wildlife park. We had a room facing the courtyard which was lovely. There was plenty to do and shops on site. 「Great hotel, lovely rooms, friendly staff」

「Modern renovation, while retaining some original features (e.g. flagstone floor in cafe area). Clean and comfortable. Everything was self service so no staff on site (a bit impersonal but not really an issue). Definitely a good option for fellow solo visitors to the area.」

「 It seems that the staff are not used to greet guests good morning and the like. Also ,the restaurant is under renovation until end March, so reduced breakfast has to be served inside room. The environment outside the hotel is good,though, with many restaurants nearby.」

「We had a room right at the end of a corridor so it was very quiet considering there was a wedding there. The room was spacious and clean and the air con was great for such a hot weekend. The bed was comfy, the only thing we were missing was an iron and ironing board which would of come in handy. We will definitely stay here again.」

「Property in need of a bit of TLC but clean and tidy」

「游泳池和gym好舒服，晚上和第二日早上都有去，更衣室設備齊全，有按摩池和桑拿。房間有點熱，但有配備額外的風扇，沒有很辛苦，感謝酒店晚上提供免費的雪條。停車位已包在房價內，如果付費的話是£5一日。窗台有點髒，房內也沒有內線電話，有一點不方便。但主要為了游泳池而來，而且房價便宜，整個旅程過得很不錯，前台服務很好，非常友善。不用自助入住，有職員為客人check in。」

「A clean , comfortable hotel at a good price. Excellent staff and products. Room was clean and well appointed. The bathroom was well stocked with bathing products but could really have benefited from a small revamp. Shower head had alot of lime scale and the toilet wouldn't fully flush. I would definitely recommend. 」

「Stayed one night at The Loftsome Bridge hotel and would definitely book to stay there again. The courtyard outside of reception had a nice seating area and a lily pond. Our room was super clean (as was the the rest of the hotel), and the beds were very comfortable. 「Staff couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating to us (and our dog). Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast. Would definitely recommend. 」

「The outside of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired - pot holed car park, paint pealing off the function rooms. Inside is better and our room was perfectly fine - though the bed had seen better days and didn’t provide a comfortable nights sleep. Staff are great - very friendly and helpful. 」
