The locations is incredibly convenient only 200m from the station. The building is a bit tired and the courtyard a little untidy, but the room itself was very comfortable, extremely clean and the air-conditioning was very effective. A great stop over.

A quaint area, very close to local transit and the Messina core. Responsive staff, contactless check in was flawless. If you want a night on the town, or an intimation with a loved one, this is the place for you.

Great Unless Tech Challenged

I, personally, loved the place. It was an easy walk from the train or ferry, close to downtown, and very clean and comfortable. It does require a certain amount of tech savvy because it was a very high tech self check-in.

Great location. Modern and nicely decorated, well equipped and comfortable beds. Different types of pillows available in the room. Thank you so much for the low pillow! Fast check in/out. All of the people are incredibly generous with their time and advice. The cleaning lady is so helpful and kind. The staff exceeded our expectations. We had a great stay and would definitely return!

Stay elsewhere.

The virtual check in experience was a complete hassle beginning an irritating visit. The room smelled of sewer gas from poorly vented plumbing. The now typical Italian B&B breakfast trick of getting a voucher for a nearby cafe. As per usual on day one we got a coffee each, a pastry each and a bad attitude. On the second day we were welcomed at the cafe with even more attitude. Then informed we can have our pastries but coffee would be an extra charge. Do yourself a favour, stay somewhere else.

Værelset og badeværelset var fint og rent, men det var umuligt at slukke for discolyset der var 2 fjernbetjeninger men de virkede ikke, der var så voldsom støj fra naboen at vi var bange for at gå ud i fælleskøkkenet, det er lidt ærgerligt for når jeg bestiller gennem Hotels.com har jeg en forventning om at jeg kan være tryg hvor jeg bor, jeg ved godt at det var et sted uden reseption og det bliver nok sidste gang jeg prøver det, ærgerligt for stedet var rigtig fin og efterfølgen har de også undskyldt mange gange
