Finally, i saw someone walking with bed sheets and asked if this person was working in this hotel and they confirmed. It turned out it is a receptionist. When i explained that we're trying to get in for the last 45min and i have a meeting in 5min I would like to log in into and need a wifi password (the password wasn't given to us...

"Die Renovierungen sind scheinbar noch nicht ganz abgeschlossen. Aber es sind Kleinigkeiten. Für durchgangsreisende wie mich war aber alles akzeptabel. Ich würde es jedenfalls nochmal buchen. "
